First they could not find my reservation. Then they could not find the keys. It took over 30 minutes for them to even check me out correctly AND they still ended up putting me in the system twice so I got charged twice. Now four days later, I still do NOT have my money back in my account!! I tried to talk to a manager but he was not only not helpful, but the staff seems like they are in no hurry to help you. I drove only 4 miles but the gauge would not register that so I had to put in a gallon. What a rip off!
