SCOTT LU-Haul had debris in the cargo area at pickup however the employee was kind and used a blower to clean it out

CHARLES BThe truck itself needed some maintenance. Each time I started it (about five times total), it acted like it didn’t want to start, and it seemed to get worse each time. It reminded me of when a light gets left on and the battery drains. I wasn’t driving very far, so maybe it just didn’t get enough charge, but that was my only complaint. The checkout process was a little confusing and overwhelming because it happens so quickly, but fast is also good. Since this was my first time, I know what to expect next time and it should be easier. Overall, it was a good experience.
Bryce WThe customer service from the location was fine but the trailer had been unknowingly rented out with incorrect and improperly balanced wheels and one of the spring loaded ramp stops were broken. None of this was known until after I had left and was committed to not returning it early. When I returned it the next day ace hardware reps were very receptive to my feedback on the equipment and removed it from service to be fixed up. Whoever is charged with fixing these trailers were slapping together whatever worked instead of ensuring it was done properly. If the trailer had anything else wrong with it it would’ve been a show-stopper to my planned use of the trailer.

David HThe app struggled just a bit with the picture taking process, truck was ok. More specials to help people save money, or mileage packages (where you buy based on estimates) to help in town movers save would be so appreciated. Staff at location was great and very professional.

DION TStop setting reservations that are overbooked and have no intention of being fulfilled. Stop paying third-party rental managers who refuse to do their jobs when it's inconvenient for them.

WILLIAM RI had a fantastic experience at this U-Haul center. The truck I rented was in excellent condition — clean, well-maintained, and filled with gas. The moving dolly and blankets were also clean and neatly packed, which made the process so much easier. The service tech at the front desk was prompt, professional, and made both check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. I also appreciated that there was plenty of parking space, which was especially important since I was driving a large truck. Overall, everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I’ll definitely be returning here for my future moving needs.

Joel MThe employees at the Ace Hardware Store were excellent and very helpful. I put that the equipment was not well maintained because one of the tires on the tow dolley towing my car blew part way through the trip and we required a tire change on the side of a very busy freeway.
DARBY TNothing. Very smooth and great to work with. I've rented from them 3 times the past month and they are very friendly and helpful.
STAN DAnother good experience. Could have better signage to direct drop offs, but very friendly help despite the ridiculously hot and humid temperatures!
Travis AWe technically dropped off after “U-Haul” hours but we were comfortable with the online drop off procedures. We went inside to just let someone know and make sure where to park the trailer since there were an immense about of trucks/trailers on the property. The man inside the store was rude and not friendly at all. He rudely told us where to park it and that we better figure out a solution to block the tires or we would be responsible for the trailer rolling away. We understand taking care of our responsibilities but a helpful and kind customer service experience would be nice. Overall, the trailer was great and worked for what we needed to get the job done.
CHRISTOPHER FThe only problem I had is that the customer service representative that was there at the moment did not refresh the page and we had an issue where he was saying my reservation did not show up, but the manager on that shift fixed everything for me she was excellent

Karen HWe were there for over an hour trying to pick up a rental. First, I didn't realize I had the wrong date, so I cancelled my reservation. They had one truck left, but couldn't rent it to a "walk-in" since it was the last truck. I immediately reserved it on the UHaul app and stood back in line and then was able to get the truck. Total waste of my time having to get back in line when it was super busy and also having to reserve it on the app. I will not do business with them again. And, if that's a UHaul policy to not rent the last truck to a "walk-in" then shame on UHaul. That's b.s.
Amy RCustomer service was top notch here. The lady at the counter was friendly and had us checked in fast! The app made returning the trailer easy also.
