Makenna AMy comment is a reflection on the UHaul rental system and not the drop off location. At arrival, I was initially told that the location had too many units and was not able to take my drop off. After a brief discussion, they did find room on their lot. Why would UHaul allow reservations to move forward with a drop off location that has too many incoming units to park on their lot? It would have been a huge inconvenience had they not taken my drop off and I would have been faced with finding another drop off location in the middle of Kansas. I feel bad for anyone that showed up after me. Completely preventable.

chris gI asked for assistance turning in the trailer. I was told to just use the app by the store clerk. The Uhaul representative was apparently off duty even though he was standing at his counter in uniform. A real contradiction of being off duty!

Matthew GU-Haul has to get it together. I had to talk to 7 different people in the phone and got 3 different answers. The person who is in charge of Kansas/Missouri scheduling was the least helpful and kind person I talked to. The people In Omaha were fine. But I shouldn’t have to talk to that many people to solve a problem

Michael FWe rented a truck several months ago because it was going to be a busy weekend in a college town. It cost about $100, which I thought was pretty reasonable. (My only other experience with them was about 50 years ago as a young child my parents rented from U-Haul when we moved across the country!) I am happy that you are still doing well! Your Manhattan, Kansas, store is very well run!
Reagan GMake sure that equipment that was reserved is available at the time & location it was booked!! This location figured out a way to honor my reservation. It took a long time & delayed my pickup & departure time! Appreciate the staff at thi location but U-Haul failed tremendously!!!

Duston BOnly negative thing about this experience was the amount of time it took waiting in line to check the truck in/out. Not sure if there is anything that could have been done differently but that was the only negative part of the experience.
Matthew SThe Ace Hardware in Manhattan Kansas is wonderful. I have not rented from them, just returned trailers there. They are helpful and concise in their needs for my return. I haven't met anyone who was discourteous or unfriendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent or return a UHaul trailer.
