I asked for assistance turning in the trailer. I was told to just use the app by the store clerk. The Uhaul representative was apparently off duty even though he was standing at his counter in uniform. A real contradiction of being off duty!

But I shouldn’t have to talk to that many people to solve a problem

Michael FWe rented a truck several months ago because it was going to be a busy weekend in a college town. It cost about $100, which I thought was pretty reasonable. (My only other experience with them was about 50 years ago as a young child my parents rented from U-Haul when we moved across the country!) I am happy that you are still doing well! Your Manhattan, Kansas, store is very well run!
Reagan GMake sure that equipment that was reserved is available at the time & location it was booked!! This location figured out a way to honor my reservation. It took a long time & delayed my pickup & departure time! Appreciate the staff at thi location but U-Haul failed tremendously!!!

Matthew SThe Ace Hardware in Manhattan Kansas is wonderful. I have not rented from them, just returned trailers there. They are helpful and concise in their needs for my return. I haven't met anyone who was discourteous or unfriendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent or return a UHaul trailer.

The Ace associates at the 800 Tuttle Creek location were definitely knew their equipment and were easy to work with.

BRENT KTrain the staff. Stood in the line for more than 40 mins without moving forward at all. We realized we could check in on app and skip the line to get the key. Staff said absolutely no go back to the line because he's busy.
