Stop setting reservations that are overbooked and have no intention of being fulfilled. Stop paying third-party rental managers who refuse to do their jobs when it's inconvenient for them.

People very friend helpful
WILLIAM RI had a fantastic experience at this U-Haul center. The truck I rented was in excellent condition — clean, well-maintained, and filled with gas. The moving dolly and blankets were also clean and neatly packed, which made the process so much easier. The service tech at the front desk was prompt, professional, and made both check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. I also appreciated that there was plenty of parking space, which was especially important since I was driving a large truck. Overall, everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I’ll definitely be returning here for my future moving needs.

Joel MThe employees at the Ace Hardware Store were excellent and very helpful. I put that the equipment was not well maintained because one of the tires on the tow dolley towing my car blew part way through the trip and we required a tire change on the side of a very busy freeway.

STAN DAnother good experience. Could have better signage to direct drop offs, but very friendly help despite the ridiculously hot and humid temperatures!
Travis AWe technically dropped off after “U-Haul” hours but we were comfortable with the online drop off procedures. We went inside to just let someone know and make sure where to park the trailer since there were an immense about of trucks/trailers on the property. The man inside the store was rude and not friendly at all. He rudely told us where to park it and that we better figure out a solution to block the tires or we would be responsible for the trailer rolling away. We understand taking care of our responsibilities but a helpful and kind customer service experience would be nice. Overall, the trailer was great and worked for what we needed to get the job done.
CHRISTOPHER FThe only problem I had is that the customer service representative that was there at the moment did not refresh the page and we had an issue where he was saying my reservation did not show up, but the manager on that shift fixed everything for me she was excellent

Karen HWe were there for over an hour trying to pick up a rental. First, I didn't realize I had the wrong date, so I cancelled my reservation. They had one truck left, but couldn't rent it to a "walk-in" since it was the last truck. I immediately reserved it on the UHaul app and stood back in line and then was able to get the truck. Total waste of my time having to get back in line when it was super busy and also having to reserve it on the app. I will not do business with them again. And, if that's a UHaul policy to not rent the last truck to a "walk-in" then shame on UHaul. That's b.s.

TELLIS CWhen I first called, it seemed the person on the phone was not overly helpful. But once we were there to pick up, the service was adequate. They could have taken a little more time to explain the return process, especially for an "after hours" return.
SIDNEY GLocation was busy and it wasn’t well marked where to drop the trailer. They were also having trouble with the computer they did the uhaul activity on so there was a long, slow line inside the store. To their credit the person that helped us was friendly and it was a busy weekend.
MICHAEL SDrop off was busy with dozens of trailers and trucks in front and back lot. A designated entry for the parking attendant would have been helpful. They had a couple of guys in the lot, but there were a few entry points into the parking lot, so they were running around. It was busy with at least 4 drop offs while we were there.

Courtney LNothing against THIS location but was disappointed with the UHaul ads/website making me believe the price would be much lower than what we ended up being charged. We were charged almost THREE times what I was led to believe. By the time I was given the final cost, it was too late to look for another moving truck.
DAVID SWe showed up on time to receive the u haul an hour late and was brushed off by the desk attendant multiple times. He ignored our concerns and did not call the person who was late dropping off the u haul until we complained 3 different times.
GINAROSE MDillion was able to get our truck and trailer hooked up and securely even though it was pouring rain!
RAY HI wasn't able to access the key myself, it seemed jammed. Luckily an employee was able to help me. Also the app wouldn't let me take photos of the vehicle at time of pickup. But that obviously isn't the locations fault.
Catherine BAllow the pick up location to do things like rent blankets without renting a truck. (I had to rent a truck in order to pick up blankets because the computer couldn’t handle it otherwise). Allow the pick up location to do minor maintenance. For example the hitch didn’t fit my trailer but I so I had to buy a new one. I should have been able to simply remove the piece that was in the way.
