We were supposed to have a truck by Monday morning. It was changed by you to noon, then 1:00 then 3:00 or we could go35 miles to pick up the 26 footer. Truck finally came in to dealer but was too wet and muddy touse. Got to alternate site with 10 minutes to spare and picked up a truck but our loaders had already went home, Cont:joseph H.

EVRYTHING HAD TO BE DONE THROUGH THE U-Haul APP. YOU HAD TO HAVE A SMARTPHONE IN ORDER TO PICK UP THE TRUCK. THIS IS NOT GOOD. I'VE USED U-Haul ALOT IN THE PAST 20 YEARS, I WON'T ANYMORE IF THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO RENT A TRUCK. SORRY U-Haul YOU LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER.RICK B.

When you request a dolly they should put it in the truck ahead of time when you request moving blankets they should have them when you drop off the truck with more fuel than it had when you picked it up they shouldn't ask you for an additional $.74 because you were a half a mile over your limit on free mileageTIM S.

It wasn't necessarily the location, just the whole process. I had prescheduled the car hauler ahead of time and thought everything was set. It still took almost an hour to get everything figured out before I was able to get the hauler. Then I was still charged full price after the lady at the retailer told the guy on the phone from uhaul to give me a break. So if I can keep from it I won't be using uhaul again.Wendell R.

Rented a 6X12 enclosed trailer. The trailer was in very poor condition, scratched, dented, cracks, faded paint, and decals were missing pieces. One of the back tires I had to put air in several times. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate this trailer condition at a 2. I know uhaul uses it equipment as traveling advertising, this trailer is a very poor advertising for uhaul.Laurie H.

When I called the u haul number I found online I was told pick up was in Winfield KS when I arrived and was dropped off to pick up my rental I was informed that they had none available and that the lady I talked to lied about my pick up location and I was actually to pick up from Arkansas city KS and it was very inconvenient and ended up costing me more because of distance for pick up and drop off there were other issues as wellCasey B.

Please keep your promise. I ordered a uhaul truck online more than a week ago. I received a text message to contact the store closest to my location to confirm the order. A very nice lady answered the phone ant told me that the 15' truck I had ordered by 9:30 am was supposed to be back by 9:00 but she could not promise it was. She then stated she was going to call her regional manager to see what my option would be. The store clerk called me back and stated they had a 20' truck and she was going to put me down for it, just to guarantee I was going to have a truck but if the 15' was there I could get the 15' or the 20' for the same price, 29.99. When I went to pick up the truck a very rude clerk stated he could not give me the 15' because I was down for the 20' and if I had a problem to call Uhaul because he was just the middleman. I accepted the 20' do to the promise of being the same price. When I went to drop up the truck the same rude clerk proceed to say that they do not have a district or regional manager and that there we no notes about the discount and if I did not like it, to call Uhaul and to turn it in until the next day. I think customer service is a key to a succesful business and this was not a pleasent experience.Claudia A.
