I couldn’t get checked in thru the app but the lady was very helpful in the check in process.
Thomas BAbsolutely wonderful staff. Extremely helpful and customer service focused. Krista is a gem. Our truck got double booked by Uhaul but she helped us work through it. Then after we returned the truck I realized I had left my wallet in the cab and she was really helpful in securing it and getting it back to me. Thank you Krista!

Timothu MThe staff was very rude and did not specify where to put the trailer and then came out and told us to move it. Didn’t offer a receipt or any confirmation that we had returned the trailer. Will be returning equipment elsewhere should we need to rent from U-Haul again.
