This location was not equipped to handle U-Haul pickup and delivery. This experience has made me question whether to use U-Haul in the future or not. Upon arrival staff was not friendly or wanting to help. I had to wait at least 30 minutes past my appointment time for someone to come, from their home, to help. When he finally came, he was more concerned about the air conditioning unit being out than helping. I had to wait for him to be done talking to people about his ac before he came to me. When he finally was able to assist me, he had no idea how to use the app, he was asking me how to do it. Once we finally had things typed on the app, I asked him if we were all set, wanting help checking the trailer was hitched and connected correctly, but he just walked away. Which left me going to another U-Haul location to get help making sure the trailer was hooked up correctly. Once I got to the next location we found that the man put the rental in for local, but we were moving from NC to MI, which caused a whole issue with returning the truck. I would highly suggest you review this location and consider not doing business with them.

Shadrock STruck had empty soda bottle in it and the box had food plate with food on it. I ordered 1 dozen packing pads and they were not in there. When I went to pick it up, they could not get on the uhaul site to do check it and told me to do it online. had a hard time getting online from their location. Thid delay made me late to my closing attorneys' appointment. The steering wheel is cocked at a 45-degree angle indicating the front end is out of alignment and the steering is loose, so I had to fight it all 600 miles and in a cross wind through the mountains was tiring.
