Truck had empty soda bottle in it and the box had food plate with food on it. I ordered 1 dozen packing pads and they were not in there. When I went to pick it up, they could not get on the uhaul site to do check it and told me to do it online. had a hard time getting online from their location. Thid delay made me late to my closing attorneys' appointment. The steering wheel is cocked at a 45-degree angle indicating the front end is out of alignment and the steering is loose, so I had to fight it all 600 miles and in a cross wind through the mountains was tiring.
