Nina BThere is nothing fancy or modern about this location, but that's ok because it's conveniently located there on Clsrk street. It's run by two brothers and there elderly mom is always there. I've used them several times in the past and they always try to be quick and efficient with check in and out. I have had no problems with using their trucks or vans.

KATHY TCharges to customers credit cards w/o their knowledge or consent is ILLEGAL. Which you have done. Evan when the customer is standing in front of you with CASH is ILLEGAL. You could be sued by the customer and his credit card . WILL NEVER RENT FROM YOU AGAIN!!!

ALEXANDER MEverything was just okay... but here are my issues: I arrived at the location after hours, and my updated reservation left me looking for my rented vehicle across the entire lot. When I finally found this vehicle, it was boxed in by two other vehicles. I had to call the operator, book another vehicle and locate that one and go from there; it was a very long process. Also, my vehicle was stolen in process of me moving.... This overall experience has been DRAINING.

His customer service was a 10/10– he was great at walking through the reservation and making sure I knew about all the fees and what they were for. It was really easy to reserve online and the pickup was seamless. Same with the drop off— everything was so efficient! The equipment was also very well taken care of. I will definitely be using this location for my next move!
