Greg was extremely helpful with both our uhaul and storage unit. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and organized last minute changes for us which saved our day!

I had a disappointing experience at this location and wanted to share my feedback constructively. The staff member arrived nearly an hour late with no prior notice or apology, which caused an unexpected delay on an already busy moving day. Additionally, when I arrived to pick up my reserved 10-foot truck, I was informed that none were available and was given a 15-foot truck as a substitute — despite several 10-foot trucks being visibly parked outside. A clearer explanation or better inventory management would have been greatly appreciated. Driving and maneuvering a larger truck than planned made my move significantly more challenging, particularly navigating the parking lots and tight turns on the IU Bloomington campus. It added unnecessary stress to what was already a demanding day. I also found it difficult to get clear answers regarding the pricing and charges, which left me feeling uncertain and confused about what I was being billed for. I understand that busy days can be challenging for staff, but I believe customers deserve attentive service, accurate reservation fulfillment, and transparent pricing explanations. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers. Unfortunately, based on my visit, I would not be able to recommend this location at this time.

Angela BThe first place that we were told to do the trailer of didn't have enough room. The young person person who might have been under the weather, due to his glossy eyes and lack of understanding or caring what i was asking him, told me to take it down the road and just leave it there. At no point did he check it in our anything. After getting to this parking lot I called Uhaul and told them I didn't feel comfortable leaving it there work no one else around, they sent me somewhere else. At that place the guy told me to not leave it there because he didn't want trailers there, just trucks. I told him sorry it was staying there. This was ridiculous!!
