We were asked to return the U-Haul 15 km from original location. The depot was locked by a gate which needed a code and no one to help us in. A stranger just happened to be using a storage unit and let us out at night. We paid more gas and could have been locked in all night without anyone to let us out of the compound. It was a dark and scary experience for a woman.

we had a quite a headache when we heard the equipment was going to be 45 km away for pick up when there was no way to get there. The cornwall east 2nd street made an exception and was very accommodating to come in on a Saturday am and have the equipment there. thank you.
