The two women at this location who helped me were amazing. Very professional. Great overall experience.

The office staff was very helpful, but the overall experience with U-Haul was a convoluted mess. The website wouldn’t work, so completing my contract was tortuous (in fact, several duplicate contracts were made). And 3 hours after leaving with the truck I received a text telling me I need to take pictures of the truck and equipment before leaving the lot.

Also charged for blankets we didn’t use and the can was filthy and the person working said that is normal.
