The office staff was very helpful, but the overall experience with U-Haul was a convoluted mess. The website wouldn’t work, so completing my contract was tortuous (in fact, several duplicate contracts were made). And 3 hours after leaving with the truck I received a text telling me I need to take pictures of the truck and equipment before leaving the lot.
