All CS Reps were great to work with, especially Dave and the gal I spoke with over the phone at headquarters. NOTE: Please add a sign to the interior of each truck stating that locking one side of the vehicle does NOT lock the other.

Did a mobile pick up; could not get internet service at this location to pick up the truck. I had a 4pm pick up time, I was not able to get access to the truck till 7pm. 3 hours it took to pick up the truck

I had a couple bumps when picking the u haul up, but the customers service was very helpful and resolved thw issue.

There is no phone service here so you can’t use the app very well. I could not submit any photos at drop off due to there being hardly any phone service in that area.

The app had us go through the gate to pick up the truck. After we were through the gate, it then prompted us to go back outside through the gate to get the key for the truck.

UHaul was clean, but barely running. Scary to drive. Expected it to break down any moment. Took almost a half hour to get the truck from the facility.

This is a new facility, David was fabulous, from the check-in process to filling out paperwork and having expeditious check-in and information to me when he said he would. Happy I chose this location for my storage needs.

vehicle was at three quarters of a tank upon pickup; I was charged for the difference even though I filled it where I found it.
