Alejandro PIt was okay, although I had to do everything myself. the only point to an associate was to hand me the key.
Stephen TWhen returning the truck we were unfortunately not aware that there would be a coded gate to get back in for the return. Fortunately someone let us in. Then after competing the self return we were stuck inside the coded gate. Usually gates open when you pull up to leave but no one mentioned that there would be a closed gate when we picked up the truck and no code was given. Fortunately again, someone let us out too. There needs to be a process with temporary codes or something if there is a 24/7 return option by U-Haul.
