I experienced friendly, excellent, and professional service from Javon and Shandra (sp?). The equipment was clean and in excellent running condition. The after-hours checkout process was a bit demanding but necessary, I guess. There was a discrepancy with charges. Thankfully, Javon and Shandra followed up until the matter was resolved. U-Haul is my “go-to” rental and definitely Sugarloaf is my “go-to” location!
