When I turned the truck in on time at MIni Storage Depot, I was told I was not on their list to return it there however my paperwork and app both showed mini storage as my drop off location which was the location I chose when I booked my reservation. The woman helping me first told me I had to go somewhere else to drop it off since I wasn't on "her list". I refused to do so. I eventually left and as I was taking pictures of the truck she came out and said she was able to "get it moved" to her location but never gave me any paperwork supporting this. Later the app was updated and I was sent a zero bill. Very unprofessional and I won't go back there for any future rental needs from you.
James SHad a very hard time getting the truck and was charged extra money then it was took back off because they didn’t know what they were doing at that location unsatisfied with that location
