Lots of fees that were not explained to me. Although I should of read the contract if I had gotten one. First mistake was the system was down when I went to pick up the rental. I had to to do it online on my phone. So I did not see the actual contract. I should of asked for it. Charge me 30 for gas plus another 30 for a gas fee plus 20 for after hours, which NO ONE EVEN EXPLAINED IT. But when i got a run down of it, it was on the contract. They are not honest. Do not use.
Mercedes EAbsolutely horrible scheduling by uhaul for the the third week in a row. Cost us an extra $1000 with not being able to keep the vehicle scheduled prior to pickup. Tried again to reserve a truck and was notified 12 hours before pickup that we would have to got to a different location 1 hour out of our way but would give us an extra 3 miles. Last week had a 20’ truck reserved and confirmed the day before and when picking up all they had was a 10’ truck but still charged us for a 20’ truck. BBB is my next stop and an attorney to get my refund for being overcharged. Uhaul has completely lost their ability to maintain simple scheduling
