Alicia and Pete were amazing from start to finish. Alicia called a few days before to let me know the trailer was ready. It worked out we could pick it up a day sooner. They stayed open five minutes later to help us out. Everything was smooth and easy and took just a few minutes. Pete even extended my reservation an extra day free of charge. We were so impressed by the whole experience. Yes, we’d recommend using this company. We will definitely be back.

Esequiel MNot the stores fault in any capacity - but Uhaul changed my reservation to another store without notifying myself beforehand. I had scheduled a mobile pick up and upon arrival the store they had put me at was closed and I had to wait over an hour before I could truly check in, the store was so accommodating and treated me so well. Even with the stress of this to start our huge move, the store and gal at the front went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!

ELIAS MI was told that I wouldn’t be charged for an appliance dolly because I had ordered a regular dolly and there was none in stock. I couldn’t use the dolly for what I was moving and was disappointed that I was charged after being told I wouldn’t be.

Very pleased with both locations. Drop off was easy, thanks to help from the mission California location helping me. The Burnsville location for drop off was smooth and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend all three to anyone looking for rentals. The ACE location I picked up the truck, especially for their help getting me going.

I ordered furniture dollies but they were not available. If it weren’t for the nice people at the truck pickup, NOTHING would have gone right.

gary gThe workers come off as rude you don't get treated like a valued customer but more like don't do anything wrong or your picture will end up on their wall of shame with prior renters that defaulted on the contract. The guy took a picture of me without even asking just snapped a picture with his private camera which is so unprofessional at least advise the customer beforehand. The equipment I rented was all banged up with dents in all places next time I think I'll just stick to my other Uhaul location because service here needs improvement. Oh yeah and most of the workers are ex druggies that don't know anything about customer service this Uhaul store really makes me uncomfortable corporate needs to come over and take a look for themselves.
MANNY VVery well cleaned vehicle, the website said $35 but I was charged $100 I’m not sure why. I only used it for 1 day and drove no further than 15-20 miles.
