The pickup process is too slow and unreasonable. I spend half an hour in the queue. Also, I don’t understand why I cannot pick up my truck when I have my reference number. The front desk is useless.

Terrible service, I booked for one specific location. Then they called me arguing that the truck wouldn’t be available at that location and sent me to another one, when I got there again they said that truck was not available at that location either, I anded wasting time jump from one place to another making the online app booking useless and time wasting. The truck was dirty, almost with no gas.

The drop off was a hassle. There were no employees at the counter. Instructions for key drop off was unclear. Would be helpful to have a person at the counter for an easier drop off for less tech savvy people.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I had reserved a 20' truck and 2 dollies well in advance for May 31st, and both the app and your call center confirmed my booking. However, when I arrived on the 31st, I was told the 20' truck was no longer under my name and my only option was to take a 15' truck. This caused serious issues as I had only one day to vacate my home and had planned based on the size of the 20' truck. To make matters worse, when I asked for the 2 dollies I had reserved, I was told only 1 furniture dolly was available. No explanation was offered other than “this is what we have.” Despite accepting the smaller truck under pressure, I was still charged for the 20' truck! I don’t understand how that’s justified when I received a smaller vehicle and less equipment than reserved. This experience was extremely stressful, unfair, and unacceptable. I am requesting a full review of my case and a refund of the extra charges, as I was given a 15' truck but charged for a 20' truck. I also expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and lack of reserved equipment. I am awaiting your prompt response and resolution to this matter.

The location was closed and I had to go back to the truck multiple times to take pictures of the surrounding area. You have to take live pictures, not uploaded photos of pictures already taken via the camera.

The only room for improvement would be signage where each batch of rental vehicles are parked at the Mavis & Dundas location, that says where the office itself is located. If not for an employee that happened to be working on a trailer nearby my rental vehicle, i may not have found the office where i get the keys.

The lady at customer service counter was very rude and wasn’t there at out time we waited there 20 min and have to search her in the back where the truck are. No phone number provided to call just a guess going on and then here she comes saying that we are late and she went just 10 mins ago. We were late as out elevator was booked. I dont think that we deserve this service after paying near to 300$ for a truck worse experience ever

staff very friendly and helpful - showed how to open back and pull out walkway. Truck was from Arizona and MPH so challenging for Canada to know speed. . Important - passager side mirror was misaligned and dangerous. I could not correct. Fortunately my passager could assist when changing lanes. Had 20 foot vehicle so needed both mirrors working. No obvious way to correct and no instructions in the glove compartment. I called the office manager and he had no advice/suggestions.

As per the timing on website, on sundays working hours of the location are 10:00 to 16:00; Had booked the pickup for 11.00 am. I was at the location at 10:50; there was a sign on the window saying "will be back shortly, please wait."....waited till 11:32 ...no sign of anybody coming there to open. 3 other customers waiting. One called customer service and spoke with them. another shopkeeper advised...he might be in the parking lot. Go to parking lot, male employee of uhaul...on being advised that we were waiting, said" why did you not get online checkout; why did you not uopload your documents...Finally gives me keys at 11:45.the booking was for 4 hrs..but the invoice printed out said return at 3 PM, instead of the 4 hrs window. i brought pickup back at 15:10 hrs....sign said closed for the day. so i had no option but to down load the app and return the vehicle, Very disgraceful service. will never go back to this location again.

I had a very disappointing experience with U-Haul. The customer service at both pickup and drop-off was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no courtesy or willingness to help, and I felt like I was being treated as a burden rather than a customer. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and has left me reconsidering ever using U-Haul again.

This is the second time I have used UHaul and again I'm happy with the experience. The employee who works at the Mavis Rd. and Dundas St. location in Mississauga has been most helpful both times. He is very efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend UHaul because of the positive experiences I've had with this company.

Make sure when rental is set up for online pick up at certain time for it be that. Location was closed and rental was not set up properly so I had to wait until the location to open in order to be able to pick up. Rep demanded I give an alternate number even though it was not required to mobile pick up.

The guy who helped us out at the counter was friendly, although the truck that we got was not safe to drive at all. It has lot of alignment issue, the truck doesn't drive straight on the roads it keeps going right and left while I hold the steering wheel very hard even in slow speed.would not recommend that truck for the further use.

It took more than 1.5 hour to get the key. The staff is very slow and talking through the phone while dealing customers which take extra time to deal 1 customer. I booked Uhaul from 11:30am and I got the key at 1pm. Very poor customer service.

The unit ran fine. However, when driving along WITHOUT A PASSENGER in the passenger seat, it makes a loud, annoying, constant squeaking noise. When there is a passenger sitting in it, the noise does not occur.

When asking on phone, they mentioned gas should be filled to same amount before returning. I did this (using my own money) and left receipt in vehicle. When being charged after, they again charged me for the gas. When trying to get a refund for the gas. we tried asking on the phone which they said they would but would take some time, but I am not sure they really intended to. We had to go in person later and inquire and after a struggle going back and forth and trying to avoid talking to us (on phone and in person) and presenting evidence about refilling the gas, they were eventually able to refund me.

I returned my vehicle with the exact amount of gas as I had picked it up with. The gentlemen working the front desk decided to add an additional 38 liters at a cost of $76 to me. I'm a busy person and I did not have time to go back and challenge the charge. Add to that, the trucks interior was dirty and smelt like tobacco. I have leased from this location several times and this experience will make think twice before I return to this location again.

Inform the customer that there will be a text message sent to verify the license plate, vehicle number and condition. I did not receive that until after I left. The link had expired when I saw it. Had to call customer service to reset. Also, the app needs to gave the picture portion uploading fixed.

Make sure truck is ready for paying customer as requested in reservation. Asked for 7am pickup and had to wait till 9am to get it. Plus location of pickup was changed twice and drop off location was changed to a far location. Overall poor experience and will not use U-Haul again.

Rented uhauls many times, absolute worst drop off location on a weekend I have ever seen !!!! Could not get through the parking lot because of the flea market and zero help from the office because there was no one there at 230 in the afternoon !! Waited forever for someone to come and nothing, took 45 min to get truck into a parking spot at the very back of the property. Maybe mention this when renters are coming to pick up that this could be an issue when returning, would never ever rent from here again,
