no one was at the office when I showed up. had to run around the market trying to figure out where the person was. not to my knowledge that there is another building behind the market where the uhauls are stored. once I found the guy after driving around the parking lot, I had to drive the haul to the back building to park it and have it looked at. the man was very friendly and helpful.

How U-Haul Reviews Work-location does not answer the phone, hangs up when you call -location does not inform the customer of important details such as penalty charges for not folding blankets which presumably have to be cleaned and folded anyway -$25 cleaning charge is ridiculous given there's not a reason when there's no cleaning beyond what would be made anyway -location does not explain how to find the vehicle or what/where the number of the vehicle is lol - location does not explain the drop off process -reservation starts at the booking time and does not adjust based on the pickup time; day rate should be the day as charges for late return can apply -fine print is delivered by email and should be all together for the customer especially when there's information about what to do in case of accident and has a lot of help the customer may need and email may not be available. -location billed inaccurately despite notes made by customer service - overcharged for equipment not provided and blankets not given -estimated distance changed from km to mi resulting in higher charges -location had inadequate parking at return and no information was provided as to the need to be onsite and with the vehicle on to try to return the vehicle after the location closed -equipment that was booked was unavailable and despite substitute equipment being billed the unavailable items were charged as well -vehicle had no strapping inside to secure the load during travel despite the website saying it would have them inside. -employee was not wearing anything that indicated they were an officer of a uhaul affiliated business, location is in a flea market and access is difficult
