Your online booking and pickup process is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. I sat in the parking lot in front of the service counter trying to complete the pickup and gave up after 45 minutes. I then went to the service and the staff was very courteous and understanding of my frustration. I am going back to old school booking methods in future. Absolutely horrible web experience.

Can you please fix the whiting latch at the back of the truck You really have to struggle with it to open and close it I think it might need some dw40 or something I’m not sure

SCHAVANNE GIt's totally unfair i asked on call that is gas included for one way service and the guy said yes and then also i have paid for the gas. Its very bad experience
