I have dropped the vehicle after hours, so did self drop in and not met a person. However really struggled to fimd the drop in key. Make it more visible. Also charged me extra 4.84 dollar. I have filled more gas than I have taken vehicle and has a mileage allowance for 48Km. used only 38. and bout insurance. Used vehicle for 3 hours paid 198 yet you charge me more?

Incorrect fuel charges for a 16 km trip Watch out for incorrect fuel overcharges! I drove only 16 km and refueled the truck prior to drop-off, yet U-Haul charged me for 23 liters of fuel plus a $30 penalty fee. Charging 23L of gas for 16 km makes no sense. Poor check-in verification at the Mavis Rd location. Disputing the charges now.

Het PGreat customer service from both the lady behind the counter (who was calmly multi-tasking & dealing with another customer issue when I showed up) and the guy out in the yard. I selected the wrong truck; however, upon seeing that the vehicle was too large, I requested a smaller one, which was handled with the most patience and care. The second vehicle I asked for was parked in a tight spot where I would need to reverse out of, but the guy directed me to one that was parked where I could just drive straight out of the yard without reversing, which made my life much easier. In my book, they were efficient, thoughtful, and patient, so I would definitely give them 5 stars and recommend them to anyone.
