Make sure cars are actually clean. Also when returning it asked me if car was clean for next customer and if I answered no, it wanted to charge me for the cleaning fee. That was ridiculous, truly!!!! I had to mark yes, bear in mind it was exactly how I received the car but then guess what? Next customer will also go through the same thing… Fix your system!

The staff was very friendly! It was fast and easy pickup and drop off. I rented a pickup so I do understand why it wasn’t the cleanest but overall experience I’m very happy.
