We had booked for the 10” truck with an additional furniture dolly for vacating out house. Unfortunately on the given day we got the truck on time and when we thought that the dolly was inside and to our surprise when we opened the container we couldn’t see any. We had to call the customer care and the agent told us that there is no furniture dolly available at the given location. We weren’t prepared to rent one elsewhere thinking we had got it at Uhaul. There should be atleast a call from the representatives saying there is no dolly available or the booking shouldn’t show us that there is none available. Because of this we had to look for alternatives nearby and wasted close to 2 hrs where we had booked the truck of only 4hrs. Pls correct this before someone gets affected again.
