Although it was a Saturday morning reservation and it was crazy busy and pandemic guidelines are being followed. They got me in and out and the team at U-Haul were pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this location.

The uhaul was dirty in the truck when we got it, had to use outbound blankets to keep my furniture clean and not damaged. I look at the bill now and I get charged $35 for cleaning when I complained about how dirty it was ? Total scam.

No improvement ! This has been my second time at this location, and the service is above and beyond. The girl that works on Saturday, kind , funny , efficient. Today Sunday was with a young man , polite , efficient , it didn't matter the line up first thing , he assured all customers that he will do his very best to get everyone their vehicles.

I was told 19$ Charge after discount but when I received the bill they charged me 29$. I filled up the tank with the amount I received but again they charged 24$for the fuel. Now no one is picking up the call. I will never recommend this location to anyone. The lady was rude Over the reception. U- haul is a very recognised company in Canada. Such behaviour is unacceptable. You should properly teach your staff and atleast charge your customers wisely.

I received the truck on 1/4 gas mark and returned lit more the 1/4 but still, these people charged me $29 as fuel charges. Very disappointing...! ripper. am calling them and no answer will call them again tomorrow.

The designated area to drop off the uhaul should be marked clearer since the parking lot is shared with a busy flea market. It was difficult to find parking when dropping off the truck and was unable to find anyone to help with all the traffic.

Instructions on app to match real world way of operation. Took much longer than it should to pick up vehicle and drop it off. Thank goodness there was a human to solve the issues. Would not use online again except to make reservation.

The whole mobile experience was terrible, like a treasure hunt in the rain & cold, taking pics of everything, trying to find the truck and signing in, I wouldn't want to rent, some jobs are best left to humans, uhaul has lost me with their app experience.

No cleaning on seats, dash board, and the van inside. Tire pressure signal on. Rear door warning signal on. Poor maintain on van. No slide runway on rear end.

I did the pre check in line you recommend to save time but when all the people ahead of me didnt bother to do it I still had to wait in line for an hour, only one person working so I dont blame her, she did her best and was very helpful. The only thing pre check out did was make it quicker for the person behind. Overall it was a good experience, the woman was very kind and and helpful.

Not prepared or organized. Truck and trailer were at separate ends of the large parking lot and I had to figure out on my own how to connect the trailer, nvm back in and align the hitch. The owner left the premises to run some errand before we could inspect the truck together. The actual gas in the tank was only at 1/4, the paperwork said 7/16.

The online registration process is not efficient and confusing with the multiple messages received from Uhaul. The agent at the booth was not polite at all.

Because of covid 19, this location was not open. We had to do every thing on-line. We were about an hour late and our our reservation expired. it was cumbersome to get hold of a live customer service representative. it was over an hour wait and very frustrating and not knowing when we would be able to connect with a live person. Before cancelling our reservation we should have been contacted by phone and email to ensure that we were coming or not. Very poor service. Also we were not sure if the truck had been sanitized after the last return. The trucks should be sanitized after each return and a note to that effect should be displayed inside the truck with the time and date and initial of the person. This would ensure that the U haul company is keeping the renters health in mind during the pandemic times.

Give better customer service and If bookings are done well in advance then they should Honour it because we as customers have made arrangements accordingly. Like we had booked one way truck a week ahead but on the day because your client has not delivered the truck thats not our problem. She was asking us to either cancel or wait till evening when the truck is available. In the end she offered us two way truck which was to be delivered back to their location and was told NO EXTRA Cost but we are charged for extra mileage which is strange. Please improve the service.

With a reservation and online check in, I had to wait an hour to retrieve my rental. The coworker was trying her best but she was alone and dealing with a large queue and operational inefficiency (running the desk and spot checking mileage by herself). I was also not informed of the full details of the after hours return. I was told to just drop the keys in the box and not about completing the online portion of the return. I had to return to the drop off site to take all pictures and estimate mileage as I already dropped of the keys. I have also disputed the charges When dropping off as I was told I was getting a free upgrade but was charged for the upgraded cost. I have not received any contact and it has been almost 4 days. Overall I am not satisfied with my experience, moving is stressful enough

I booked a 15 feet truck one week ago, but when I picked up the truck yesterday it was unavailable , so I had to take a 10 feet truck instead of it,this gave me hard time to load furnitures and U-HAUL didn't give me any credit for that

The staff was friendly and helpful, but that's about it. The trucks were hidden far behind a building, it was unclear where I would be picking it up. At the time of return there was a very busy, massive flea market making it difficult to maneuver the truck through the parking lot. The truck cabin smelled like cigarettes, but the cargo area was clean at least. I also couldn't get the mobile pickup to work, it kept asking for location then giving me an error. Lots of issues for a $220 truck rental.

I had ordered furniture pads, a furniture dolly, and a utility dolly to assist with the move and I was informed upon arrival Saturday morning that NONE of these items would be provided. They were removed from my bill but the late notice made the move very difficult thanks to uHaul not informing me of this lack of equipment. Next time I will only be relying on uHaul for the truck and nothing else.

Although the Truck was clean, The 2 Dolly's I paid for were not there and the attendant said that she does not have any on location. I told her that I got an email the night before confirming that both Dolly's will be there. She said that she has no control over that and that I should contact head office. I explained that I schedule the elevator at my condo building and have no way of moving the furniture without the Dolly's as I am a very small person and my dad is 80 years old. I called and found Dolly's at another location but by the time I got there ( 30 minutes later due to the distance) The large flat one was given away and the attendant there refused to hold them for me. It took me 2 hours to drive, call, drive again and return to my condo building and I had only 1 hour left to move. I went over the time for the elevator booking as you can imagine and the security guards did not take lightly to that. They harassed me and now reporting me to the building management. NOT A GOOD SITUATION!! your service is bad and I did not appreciate what you did to me by not keeping your promise. I am sure very few people in your company care and I am sure that you will charge me through the nose for the truck. This is a perfect situation in which bad things happen to good people. your company will not be recommended by me to anyone.

Staff member Keith gave us a very poor presentation. He spoke as if we were uneducated immigrants without knowledge. A sad representation of UHAUL. Perhaps he should know that persons coming may be well informed and educated. Kindly accept this as a behaviour/training factor - not a class/colour/gender and/or power play. Thanks

Maybe I'll recommend if you're picking up key from counter and returning it over the counter. Online return is a challenge, app will not detect location since parking garage is far from office. Great truck though.

Improvements should be made in the uhaul app as customers will face a lot of issues when using the self checkout option as the process to pick the van and return the van has a lot of glitches and it wasted a lot of time and i almost got overcharged even though i had returned the vehicle on time

Please check the vehicle wheel alignment. Higher speeds around 80 to 100kmph, the vehicle steering seemed loose and vehicle was wobbling. It was scary to drive on highway as the vehicle seemed to be wobbling and not in straight position.
