The interior cabin of the truck looks like has not been cleaned in quite some time. Other than that I highly recommend for value, ease of reserving, pick up was quick and efficient, drop off just as quick and efficientrichard J.
But the fuel was not full when we picked the truck It consumed 56 litre for 130 km only which I said is huge . Only thing possible would have been that there must have been less fuel at the strtJaspreet G.

There was only 1 person ahead of me. Who, like me, checked in early. Yet it still took an hour for me to get my truck. And I didn't even get the truck that I rented. I received a smaller truck. The service and cost for rental was not worth it. I paid over $200 for them to be over an hour late with my rental...which wasn't even the same truck I reserved.DAVID M.

This was my worst experience at a U Haul office. There was only one employee, (Naya, I hope s the right spelling of her name) who has to do the job of at list 2 persons, she was trying her best but there was a line up waiting and every customer was frustrated, I have to go and pick up the van I rented all the way to the back of a Flea Market where this office is located, it wasn't easy to find either. When I returned the van again only one person doing the job of at list 2 people (Melissa in this case) I had to drive the van all the way to the back again because there was no help available. How can they run a business like that? I wonder. It is frustrating and very inconvenient. Also and to finish I was billed 2 Km more than what I drove, 1 when I took the van and another when I returned it, I didn't complained because I got the receipt on line several hours after the van was returned, and I figured out that U Haul needs the 1,38dollars more than I do :) The addition of dollars at the end of the day must be substantial if they do that in all the rentals/ Finally a word about Naya and Melissa, the two employees I had to deal with, they were doing their best to satisfy very frustrated clients, and they did their job the best I could considering the conditions this location gives them to work with.Jorge L.
The truck had close to zero fuel, as noted by the employee, and provided a $33 fuel credit to get the gauge to 1/4 full. However, it took $60 to get the gas gauge to 1/4 tank. Insufficient staffing at the opening hours delays the start of getting the truck in what is typically a critical time sensitive day for many renters. The staff that is onsite, we're knowledgeable and helpful but they are understaffed.John S.

First off you can make sure they have the equipment to accept Visa debit. They did not accept it and I had to give them cash. Also their hours of operation are not enough. They're very hard to get hold of by phone. They have no voicemail at all. People were friendly. But the overall operation was not great. Just a note that every time I booked a U-Haul I was told I could use my Visa debit but that is not so.JULIE M.

The passenger side mirror was cracked slightly and cover damaged. I was afraid I might get charged for it, but did not. It should have been noted by employee as I was in a hurry and did not see it until I returned it. But all's good as I said-no one came after me for it as I did not do it.PBrooks A.

It took forever to check in and find the truck. The app kept rejecting my photos. On returning I had to drive through an overcrowded flea market which took an extra 25 minutes.James M.

Be pretty sure gas level is the level you're thinking is. If I didn't take a picture of the gas level, I'd be charged for extra gas which weren't on itRicardo C.

Wait time to pickup trailer was very long.. Need more staff at this location (only one person was there managing store location at the time of pickup). She was excellent but had to do everything. Ie. Register trailer, then lockup store, to go around to back of store where trailers are located with customer. Return back to store and open up again to process next customer.Scott M.

I had booked my pickup for 9:30 ended up finally collecting cargo van at almost 10 am. Only one staff member at the location she could not attend to everyone quick enough. Seemed like trucks were not where they were suppose to be. I was given keys with clip for a specific cargo cena was told was right outside but it wasn't there had to search for van. Unorganized location definitely needs Atleast two workers at this location to have things run smoother and quicker. Waiting 30 minutes after schedule time is not acceptable. This location was very confusing and busy. The actual location does not line up with the pin on Google Maps, and the signage for where the office actually is is lacking. The location was tiny, had a long lineup, and did not have proper equipment storage. The appliance dolly I had rented was supposed to be sitting outside behind a garbage can (although it wasn't even there as another customer had it). The furniture pads I asked for were out of stock. Overall it was a poor experience due to the bad location, how tiny and understaffed it was, and how confusing it was to get to.Ryan A.

I had a reservation for 12.30 , when I reached location, they denied a vehicle. I had to wait 4 hours and then plead for a vehicle and finally they the gentleman at office after lot of nagging, handed over a vehicle. Was struck with luggage on road for 4 hours. The first U haul given to me had a disturbing and disgusting smell. Having spent just one minute, I almost puked in the car. on requesting, they gave another vehicle, which was neither clean nor smelled any better. I hope you all get your vehicles cleaned better at this location. I seriously want to get a refund on my worst ever experience in renting a vehicle.Arpit A.

My e-mail confirmation showed a reservation for 8am and I had to wait till 9 because there is no key kept aside for me and there appears to be no lock box at the location. I called UHaul customer service and explained the situation and said I will now be out of pocket due to timing. They advised a $50 credit would be applied but called later and they said I need to deal with the location. The onus is on me to dispute with the location - go back to the recording of the first phone call and you will hear the credit will be applied. Sadly my first Uhaul experience was poor.Ashvin R.
