Not Satisfied with UHaul’s service as I wasted 4 hours of my time and 30$ in gas for a reservation that was not confirmed by the store.

Harshdeep SThe hauling area was full of oil spills and the they did not clean before renting it out. I sprained my ankle by slipping because of the oil. It made my moving very slow and spoiled some of my stuffs even when i decided to spread some cardboards and plastic. I informed this to the office gentleman and they rented out the same truck without cleaning immediately even when i complained it to them infront of the new customer.

GORAN KFirst of all, they gave me a truck with the left side-view mirror cracked. And to get worse, they have charged me for the fuel, as if I hadn't filled the tank. I have the photo with the tank level. I have returned with exactly the same level. Nobody went with me to inspect the truck. I don't really recommend this location.

Anthony TBetter customer service from Agent Mohammed working at this location. First truck I reserved was missing a side mirror plus the agaent was not sure where the vehicle was parked in the big parking lot around the flea market, I had to check the sides of the building then the back by walking around. He wasn't able to resolve the issue with changing trucks without calling a customer service rep via phone , then proceeded to tell me he is not sure what to do and doesn't work there everyday. This issue delayed me 1 hr and ruined my whole moving day schedule. Strongly do not recommend to use this location. Please train your employees to be able to assist all customers with any issue they might face.

CHAMUNORWA MWe rented a truck for $19.99 which turned into $100.99 a kilo too high the truck was clean that customer service was good. We drove 30 km and use $20 worth of gas which is ridiculous.

HAYSSAM KThe pickup process is too slow and unreasonable. I spend half an hour in the queue. Also, I don’t understand why I cannot pick up my truck when I have my reference number. The front desk is useless.
Hok YTerrible service, I booked for one specific location. Then they called me arguing that the truck wouldn’t be available at that location and sent me to another one, when I got there again they said that truck was not available at that location either, I anded wasting time jump from one place to another making the online app booking useless and time wasting. The truck was dirty, almost with no gas.

CORAZON CThe drop off was a hassle. There were no employees at the counter. Instructions for key drop off was unclear. Would be helpful to have a person at the counter for an easier drop off for less tech savvy people.
Shenik PI had a very disappointing experience at this location. I had reserved a 20' truck and 2 dollies well in advance for May 31st, and both the app and your call center confirmed my booking. However, when I arrived on the 31st, I was told the 20' truck was no longer under my name and my only option was to take a 15' truck. This caused serious issues as I had only one day to vacate my home and had planned based on the size of the 20' truck. To make matters worse, when I asked for the 2 dollies I had reserved, I was told only 1 furniture dolly was available. No explanation was offered other than “this is what we have.” Despite accepting the smaller truck under pressure, I was still charged for the 20' truck! I don’t understand how that’s justified when I received a smaller vehicle and less equipment than reserved. This experience was extremely stressful, unfair, and unacceptable. I am requesting a full review of my case and a refund of the extra charges, as I was given a 15' truck but charged for a 20' truck. I also expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and lack of reserved equipment. I am awaiting your prompt response and resolution to this matter.

Ahmad AThe location was closed and I had to go back to the truck multiple times to take pictures of the surrounding area. You have to take live pictures, not uploaded photos of pictures already taken via the camera.
Chantel SThe only room for improvement would be signage where each batch of rental vehicles are parked at the Mavis & Dundas location, that says where the office itself is located. If not for an employee that happened to be working on a trailer nearby my rental vehicle, i may not have found the office where i get the keys.
MARK FThe lady at customer service counter was very rude and wasn’t there at out time we waited there 20 min and have to search her in the back where the truck are. No phone number provided to call just a guess going on and then here she comes saying that we are late and she went just 10 mins ago. We were late as out elevator was booked. I dont think that we deserve this service after paying near to 300$ for a truck worse experience ever

Bienvenido Dstaff very friendly and helpful - showed how to open back and pull out walkway. Truck was from Arizona and MPH so challenging for Canada to know speed. . Important - passager side mirror was misaligned and dangerous. I could not correct. Fortunately my passager could assist when changing lanes. Had 20 foot vehicle so needed both mirrors working. No obvious way to correct and no instructions in the glove compartment. I called the office manager and he had no advice/suggestions.

DILPREET KAs per the timing on website, on sundays working hours of the location are 10:00 to 16:00; Had booked the pickup for 11.00 am. I was at the location at 10:50; there was a sign on the window saying "will be back shortly, please wait."....waited till 11:32 ...no sign of anybody coming there to open. 3 other customers waiting. One called customer service and spoke with them. another shopkeeper advised...he might be in the parking lot. Go to parking lot, male employee of uhaul...on being advised that we were waiting, said" why did you not get online checkout; why did you not uopload your documents...Finally gives me keys at 11:45.the booking was for 4 hrs..but the invoice printed out said return at 3 PM, instead of the 4 hrs window. i brought pickup back at 15:10 hrs....sign said closed for the day. so i had no option but to down load the app and return the vehicle, Very disgraceful service. will never go back to this location again.

MASON SMy Truck was supposed to be ready for pick up at 7am, and it was not ready. I had to wait for the location to be opened at 9am to pick it up. I had to pay extra 2hours for my helping crew because of this.

SYED RI had a very disappointing experience with U-Haul. The customer service at both pickup and drop-off was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no courtesy or willingness to help, and I felt like I was being treated as a burden rather than a customer. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and has left me reconsidering ever using U-Haul again.

The employee who works at the Mavis Rd. and Dundas St. location in Mississauga has been most helpful both times. He is very efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend UHaul because of the positive experiences I've had with this company.

Location was closed and rental was not set up properly so I had to wait until the location to open in order to be able to pick up. Rep demanded I give an alternate number even though it was not required to mobile pick up.
