The Truck was externally dirty the main cabin had dirty water bottle ( I had to clean up myself), the truck area was full of beer bottle cap and leftover from previous driver, the fuel tank was not full, the mirror not adjusted and adjusting was difficult, the front weather pads was coming out. I had no other option and was running out of time , if you guys need I have picture taken

Front desk lady was rude and not very responsive to the questions. Looks like she doesnot want to work there and seems frustrated all the time. I had to wait for 20mins for her to come to the front desk, and the u haul truck was full of dust, and was in very poor condition, so. All the parts were lose. Could be better maintained.

I went to pickup my truck and the clerk had no record of my reservation. We eventually determined that my reservation was canceled 2 weeks earlier and they didn't have any trucks available. 2 hours before we got a truck elsewhere. Just a horrible experience.

Everything is smoothly _fast & convenient. However, the only issue was that the payment details were not entirely clear on the printed invoice. For example, I estimated my trip would be about 40km but I ended up driving 15km more. the extra distance should have cost about $18 with HST, but due to the way it's estimated, I ended up paying over $54. Tip: before renting, double-check your actual driving distance to avoid surprise charges (I understand that reminding me when I rent a car is not part of their responsibilities ) Lesson learned _ Grateful for the experience!

I returned the truck at 9:30PM and put the key in the drop box outside of the store as instructed. Next day the invoice charged me for a lost key with a $100 fee. I called the store and they gave me a number to call to rectify the invoice. Called customer service and waited half hour and gave up. Called again in the afternoon and they said that it would take 3-5 business days to rectify. Not happy with this process. Shouldn't take this long to fix this problem.

Everything needs to improve, I was very disappointed ,I was double charged for fuel, I fill the tank to over the amount I recieved, yet I was charge again on my credit card. I would never used this franchise or recommend anyone ever again.

I reserved my truck one month in advance, including a dolly, but unfortunately, neither the truck nor the dolly was available upon my arrival. After waiting for 30 minutes, an agent called me and gave me only two options: Drive 20 minutes to another location — which would have caused me to miss my elevator appointment for the move. Wait several more hours and then drive 10 minutes to yet another location. which also would have caused me to miss my elevator appointment for the move. I had no choice but to accept a smaller truck, which resulted in higher costs in both time and money due to multiple trips and a penalty for exceeding the reserved elevator time — not to mention the extra physical effort caused by not having a dolly. To make matters worse, I did not receive any compensation, not even a free insurance upgrade. I kindly request that you review this situation and consider a form of compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs I incurred.

I want to take a moment to highlight the incredible support I received from a truly remarkable person. She was there when I needed help the most, showing immense patience and kindness. I was so touched to see her arrive early in the morning, just to lend a hand to those in need. It would mean so much to me if you could recognize her efforts and perhaps consider giving her a gift as a token of appreciation. It took just over 60 minutes standing in line until I was able to check in for the truck. I had a 9:30 reservation and got there at 9:20 and was not served until after 10:30am. The location I had scheduled an item to be picked up with the U-Haul was supposed to be 10am so I was an hour late for that due to waiting at the U-Haul. Then when I came to return the truck, I had to wait 15+ mins to hand in the key. I've rented from other U-Haul locations and never had such slow service. I'll be using another location next time, unfortunately.

First truck was in bad repair, Horn didn't work and I'm general drive poorly. Had to go exchange. The location itself is basic but the customer service was excellent....the guy was very friendly and helpful.

i rented truck from this location but on my way to my work their truck turn off on highway i tried so many times but truck won’t start. Then i called uhaul customer service support they sent tow after 3-4 hours till that i was in road waited for them. i called so many times to this location before customer service but they never answer. My day was spoiled. My client canceled their moving worth $1200. I paid my worker for doing nothing $150 in addition this location charged me $102. i am not expecting this from uhaul.

I called the location the day before to confirm my truck was scheduled. I had an email verifying this from Uhaul. Location said truck was reserved for someone else for pickup on Friday the 18th but I was getting it on the 16th. Agent said she would call Uhaul and call me back which she never did. Worse service ever.

Do maintenance and safety inspections on the vehicles. The vehicle needs alignment and it’s was unsafe for road. When breaking in the highway would be all over the place. Driving straight with the steering wheel turned 45 degrees is not safe

The hauling area was full of oil spills and the they did not clean before renting it out. I sprained my ankle by slipping because of the oil. It made my moving very slow and spoiled some of my stuffs even when i decided to spread some cardboards and plastic. I informed this to the office gentleman and they rented out the same truck without cleaning immediately even when i complained it to them infront of the new customer.

First of all, they gave me a truck with the left side-view mirror cracked. And to get worse, they have charged me for the fuel, as if I hadn't filled the tank. I have the photo with the tank level. I have returned with exactly the same level. Nobody went with me to inspect the truck. I don't really recommend this location.

Better customer service from Agent Mohammed working at this location. First truck I reserved was missing a side mirror plus the agaent was not sure where the vehicle was parked in the big parking lot around the flea market, I had to check the sides of the building then the back by walking around. He wasn't able to resolve the issue with changing trucks without calling a customer service rep via phone , then proceeded to tell me he is not sure what to do and doesn't work there everyday. This issue delayed me 1 hr and ruined my whole moving day schedule. Strongly do not recommend to use this location. Please train your employees to be able to assist all customers with any issue they might face.

We rented a truck for $19.99 which turned into $100.99 a kilo too high the truck was clean that customer service was good. We drove 30 km and use $20 worth of gas which is ridiculous.
