I injured my shoulder . The truck was having issues and steering didn’t turn well
Wasim NVehicle was very poor condition. Not well maintained. Dirty with tea and other spills. Took 1 hour to get my vehicle as they process too slowly. Vehicle alignment and axle was moving, couldn't bear the load and was going out of lane while driving. It was too risky to drive the vehicle
Brijesh RHave extra staff available on weekends. It took 45 minutes to check out and then there was a mistake on the mileage which required going back in again. The app was useless, text messages didn't arrive, and I wasn't able to load the picture of my license. All around a fairly frustrating experience.
MICHAEL CThe computer system down and service person did not try to be more effective to either screen customers or explain to all their options. She dealt with one customer at a time and only kept trying to reconnect her computer. From 9:00 am I finally was able to pickup truck at 10:45 while I had helpers waiting....

BRADLEY GWhen I arrived to pick up the truck it had been snowed in and I had to shovel my way out. This is not something a paying customer should have to do. This was your companies responsibility to ensure the truck was out and ready. Also, ensuring the health and safety of your customers. Disappointing.
Colin HI am writing to request a refund for an incorrect fuel charge that was applied to my recent U-Haul rental. At the time of pickup, the U-Haul representative informed me that the fuel level was at one-quarter tank. However, the vehicle was not at one-quarter when I received it. I did not use any fuel during my rental, yet I was still charged for refueling. I have photo evidence taken at the time of pickup, which clearly shows the fuel level. You can also verify this by checking the before and after mileage, which confirms that no fuel was consumed during my rental. This charge is unfair and does not reflect the actual condition or usage of the vehicle. I kindly request that fuel charge be refunded after reviewing the provided evidence. Please let me know if you require the photos or any additional information from my end. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution.

MOHAMMED ABooking the truck, truck availability, customer service was great. Final bill was processed correctly and quickly. However, a couple things about this location. It's located in the Mississauga Flea Market which is really busy to get in and out of on weekends. There was one service representative in the office who has to take calls and service the line up. Very friendly but it seems too busy for one person. The back door on our first van was broken but they gave us a replacement right away. The vehicle was clean but had no windshield washer fluid which I had to refill myself, but worked out very well for our move. Lots of space and power for our full load. Overall, renting from this location was good and would recommend, just plan ahead for pick up and drop off.

gurpreet sThe man during the week does not answer the phone. Ever. Apparently it is unplugged most of the time. He gave me the wrong truck with the wrong kilometres and fuel on the paper. Completely disorganized. If it wasn’t for the woman on the weekend I’m sure this place would close permanently. So on a scale of one to 10 and 10 being the best I would give it a two only because of the woman on the weekend.
JOSEPHF MThe gentleman I dealt with when returing the truck was excellent! Friendly polite with a great sense of humour that man deserves a promotion or a big Christmas bonus! As for the location sucks absolute donkey balls parking lot it was to hectic with the flea market hardly any room to move the trucks around!

sohail AThe left headlight was damaged when I received the truck and wasn't even sitting correctly in it's housing. It was rattling around as I drove. Also the windshield washer fluid didn't work so the windshield only got dirtier as I drove until I almost couldn't see out of it. The main reason I'm writing this review however is the absolutely disgusting prices. I was charged 180 dollars for 100 miles. Over a dollar per mile is a disgusting price especially when I'm the one paying for gas. I will never rent from U-Haul again for as long as I live unless there is an extreme price decrease. I will also be telling everyone I know to absolutely stay away from U-Haul as your prices have increased significantly in the last 5 years. Go fuck yourselves, you corporate scum.

ROSE GDrove about 12 miles in total but was billed for 112 miles. Informed U-Haul of their mistake, including the fact I have proof of my mileage as I had paid fir moving help through U-Haul site and the 2 movers were with me and the truck in the local area the entire time, but uhaul failed to fix their billing mistake. Now I have to dispute charge through Visa and file compliant with BBB, chamber of commerce and whatever other agencies I can think of as I am being ripped off for over $200, including taxes. I had to leave the office location. In a hurry to meet movers on moving day as I was there fur over half an hour to get truck when it should have been 5 minutes. They says they didn’t have the moving dollars I reserved so we had to open 20+ trucks to find one as I couldn’t do move without a dolly.

MUHAMMAD ZI ordered two wheeler appliances, dolly when I check my truck they did not provide me also one dozen of wrapping blankets. Nothing inside the truck when I come to see the customer service agent over there. She said we don’t have it so we have to return your money. Money is not a concern. The concern is I don’t have arrangement for the two wheeler to move my boxes in appliances so I was like middle of nowhere my Movers was waiting at home and I don’t have a two wheeler to receive my truck. It took me 1 1/2 hour for waiting horrible service. I will never go back again for U-Haul. Very bad experience when I call to customer service to make complaint they put me on hold for two hours and nobody come back to answer my concerns.

Nathaniel CWent to pickup for 10am. The line took a very long time. Very slow service but the clerk was nice. There was a homeless guy in the back of the truck with blankets, garbage bags and a shopping cart. Took a while for him to leave. Ended up picking up the truck at 11am. Gas i filled didnt end up bringing the gas level to the initial line of in-between quarter to half tank and was charged an extra $30 plus tax for that. Apart from this, everything else was fine.

tome jWell the truck had some pre existing damage, it was dirty inside but as I was driving the “LOW OIL LIGHT” came on. When I returned the truck I did however inform the agent at Mississauga Flea Market about the lack of cleanliness of the truck. However I recently received my final invoice and I caught several mistakes with it. I have filed a report as time was off of pick up and return and I got charged an extra day when I brought it back on time. The reference number the call centre agent gave me is 5591989. I wish this to be investigated as I only had that truck in my possession for 2 days not 3 days and I returned the vehicle before 12pm(noon) on Friday with a half a tank of fuel which was more than what was in it when I picked it up. Ford SIt was just a drop off through a window similar to a takeout. I am not accustomed to this type of Uhaul service.

Farhan kI used the app and my credit card was charged almost double, 153 dollars, for a 15 foot truck used for six hours and about 30 km of driving. I picked and dropped off the truck at Mavis and Dundas Mississauga location. I called customer service at 905-790-6916 at 7:14 PM on Nov 14. After about 10 minutes a representative answered, she took my order number, then put me on hold to check the system. I waited twenty minutes and she never came back. I eventually had to hang up. The service was terrible. The app charges whatever it wants and you have no real way to fix the issue. I would not recommend using their app, go in person if possible or use another company.
FARID AI had to wait half an hour in line to pick up the truck. The truck ran well, but obviously hadn't been properly cleaned. There was a crack pipe on the floor beside the passenger seat. This location closes early and it was not at all obvious where to drop off the key.
JOHN DI am a regular customer for at least the last 5?years. We rent these 15 footers for our church to haul stuffs needed for our Retreats, at least twice a year...Thanks U-Haul for always being there!- Jose

Loi TWhen I walked in to the location to ask for the truck, the man on the reception told me that there is no truck available. I went outside and call other location for the truck. The other location person said that they don't have truck but reserve one in the location where I was standing. The other location person booked me in a minute and asked me that I can pick up immediately. I was surprised that how come the receptionist told me that there is no truck available but the person from other location booked me from the same location in a minute where I was refused. Still don't understand this type of treatment and business. I came back in 5 minutes to the same receptionist and showed him the reservation and there was a truck. It was strange. Very strange.
Yousaf SI always have issues, this day the office opened 20 minutes late which delayed me. Sometimes the gas is wrong and I need to go inside to have it corrected which there is a long line and it goes slow.

LOREN TPick up was not a problem, but drop of staff was very rude and did not want to give me final invoice, truck brakes were very bad , I told him upon drop and he said it is not his problem i have to bring it to the head office re brakes. I booked 10 ft truck and they gave me 15 ft because 10 ft had a very low air in the one of the passenger side tire upon my inspection... i asked for 10 ft truck but she said we dont have it but i saw 2 parked .. therefore i had no choice but to take the 15 ft more gas guzzler. I should be given $50 credit as I did not get the 10 ft truck which I booked and wanted. please look into the maintenance for example tires air, brakes, oil level etc. this is safety risk issue
