I reserved my truck one month in advance, including a dolly, but unfortunately, neither the truck nor the dolly was available upon my arrival. After waiting for 30 minutes, an agent called me and gave me only two options: Drive 20 minutes to another location — which would have caused me to miss my elevator appointment for the move. Wait several more hours and then drive 10 minutes to yet another location. which also would have caused me to miss my elevator appointment for the move. I had no choice but to accept a smaller truck, which resulted in higher costs in both time and money due to multiple trips and a penalty for exceeding the reserved elevator time — not to mention the extra physical effort caused by not having a dolly. To make matters worse, I did not receive any compensation, not even a free insurance upgrade. I kindly request that you review this situation and consider a form of compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs I incurred.

ALEX RIt took just over 60 minutes standing in line until I was able to check in for the truck. I had a 9:30 reservation and got there at 9:20 and was not served until after 10:30am. The location I had scheduled an item to be picked up with the U-Haul was supposed to be 10am so I was an hour late for that due to waiting at the U-Haul. Then when I came to return the truck, I had to wait 15+ mins to hand in the key. I've rented from other U-Haul locations and never had such slow service. I'll be using another location next time, unfortunately.

Julian Si rented truck from this location but on my way to my work their truck turn off on highway i tried so many times but truck won’t start. Then i called uhaul customer service support they sent tow after 3-4 hours till that i was in road waited for them. i called so many times to this location before customer service but they never answer. My day was spoiled. My client canceled their moving worth $1200. I paid my worker for doing nothing $150 in addition this location charged me $102. i am not expecting this from uhaul.

VU CI called the location the day before to confirm my truck was scheduled. I had an email verifying this from Uhaul. Location said truck was reserved for someone else for pickup on Friday the 18th but I was getting it on the 16th. Agent said she would call Uhaul and call me back which she never did. Worse service ever.
THOMAS PDesk guy was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Lots of trucks on the lot. The truck was pretty dirty on the outside, but the inside of the cab and box were clean.

Harshdeep SThe hauling area was full of oil spills and the they did not clean before renting it out. I sprained my ankle by slipping because of the oil. It made my moving very slow and spoiled some of my stuffs even when i decided to spread some cardboards and plastic. I informed this to the office gentleman and they rented out the same truck without cleaning immediately even when i complained it to them infront of the new customer.

GORAN KFirst of all, they gave me a truck with the left side-view mirror cracked. And to get worse, they have charged me for the fuel, as if I hadn't filled the tank. I have the photo with the tank level. I have returned with exactly the same level. Nobody went with me to inspect the truck. I don't really recommend this location.

First truck I reserved was missing a side mirror plus the agaent was not sure where the vehicle was parked in the big parking lot around the flea market, I had to check the sides of the building then the back by walking around. He wasn't able to resolve the issue with changing trucks without calling a customer service rep via phone , then proceeded to tell me he is not sure what to do and doesn't work there everyday. This issue delayed me 1 hr and ruined my whole moving day schedule. Strongly do not recommend to use this location. Please train your employees to be able to assist all customers with any issue they might face.

Then they called me arguing that the truck wouldn’t be available at that location and sent me to another one, when I got there again they said that truck was not available at that location either, I anded wasting time jump from one place to another making the online app booking useless and time wasting. The truck was dirty, almost with no gas.

Shenik PI had a very disappointing experience at this location. I had reserved a 20' truck and 2 dollies well in advance for May 31st, and both the app and your call center confirmed my booking. However, when I arrived on the 31st, I was told the 20' truck was no longer under my name and my only option was to take a 15' truck. This caused serious issues as I had only one day to vacate my home and had planned based on the size of the 20' truck. To make matters worse, when I asked for the 2 dollies I had reserved, I was told only 1 furniture dolly was available. No explanation was offered other than “this is what we have.” Despite accepting the smaller truck under pressure, I was still charged for the 20' truck! I don’t understand how that’s justified when I received a smaller vehicle and less equipment than reserved. This experience was extremely stressful, unfair, and unacceptable. I am requesting a full review of my case and a refund of the extra charges, as I was given a 15' truck but charged for a 20' truck. I also expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and lack of reserved equipment. I am awaiting your prompt response and resolution to this matter.

If not for an employee that happened to be working on a trailer nearby my rental vehicle, i may not have found the office where i get the keys.
