The only room for improvement would be signage where each batch of rental vehicles are parked at the Mavis & Dundas location, that says where the office itself is located. If not for an employee that happened to be working on a trailer nearby my rental vehicle, i may not have found the office where i get the keys.

The lady at customer service counter was very rude and wasn’t there at out time we waited there 20 min and have to search her in the back where the truck are. No phone number provided to call just a guess going on and then here she comes saying that we are late and she went just 10 mins ago. We were late as out elevator was booked. I dont think that we deserve this service after paying near to 300$ for a truck worse experience ever

Bienvenido Dstaff very friendly and helpful - showed how to open back and pull out walkway. Truck was from Arizona and MPH so challenging for Canada to know speed. . Important - passager side mirror was misaligned and dangerous. I could not correct. Fortunately my passager could assist when changing lanes. Had 20 foot vehicle so needed both mirrors working. No obvious way to correct and no instructions in the glove compartment. I called the office manager and he had no advice/suggestions.
Paul GFilled gas and noticed on updated transaction receipt I was charged for gas. Will not be returning. Not very welcoming.
DILPREET KAs per the timing on website, on sundays working hours of the location are 10:00 to 16:00; Had booked the pickup for 11.00 am. I was at the location at 10:50; there was a sign on the window saying "will be back shortly, please wait."....waited till 11:32 ...no sign of anybody coming there to open. 3 other customers waiting. One called customer service and spoke with them. another shopkeeper advised...he might be in the parking lot. Go to parking lot, male employee of uhaul...on being advised that we were waiting, said" why did you not get online checkout; why did you not uopload your documents...Finally gives me keys at 11:45.the booking was for 4 hrs..but the invoice printed out said return at 3 PM, instead of the 4 hrs window. i brought pickup back at 15:10 hrs....sign said closed for the day. so i had no option but to down load the app and return the vehicle, Very disgraceful service. will never go back to this location again.

MASON SMy Truck was supposed to be ready for pick up at 7am, and it was not ready. I had to wait for the location to be opened at 9am to pick it up. I had to pay extra 2hours for my helping crew because of this.

SYED RI had a very disappointing experience with U-Haul. The customer service at both pickup and drop-off was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no courtesy or willingness to help, and I felt like I was being treated as a burden rather than a customer. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and has left me reconsidering ever using U-Haul again.

The employee who works at the Mavis Rd. and Dundas St. location in Mississauga has been most helpful both times. He is very efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend UHaul because of the positive experiences I've had with this company.

Location was closed and rental was not set up properly so I had to wait until the location to open in order to be able to pick up. Rep demanded I give an alternate number even though it was not required to mobile pick up.

It has lot of alignment issue, the truck doesn't drive straight on the roads it keeps going right and left while I hold the steering wheel very hard even in slow speed.would not recommend that truck for the further use.

AHMAD AIt took more than 1.5 hour to get the key. The staff is very slow and talking through the phone while dealing customers which take extra time to deal 1 customer. I booked Uhaul from 11:30am and I got the key at 1pm. Very poor customer service.

Davis PThe unit ran fine. However, when driving along WITHOUT A PASSENGER in the passenger seat, it makes a loud, annoying, constant squeaking noise. When there is a passenger sitting in it, the noise does not occur.
BRADLEY BWhen asking on phone, they mentioned gas should be filled to same amount before returning. I did this (using my own money) and left receipt in vehicle. When being charged after, they again charged me for the gas. When trying to get a refund for the gas. we tried asking on the phone which they said they would but would take some time, but I am not sure they really intended to. We had to go in person later and inquire and after a struggle going back and forth and trying to avoid talking to us (on phone and in person) and presenting evidence about refilling the gas, they were eventually able to refund me.

TUNDE AI returned my vehicle with the exact amount of gas as I had picked it up with. The gentlemen working the front desk decided to add an additional 38 liters at a cost of $76 to me. I'm a busy person and I did not have time to go back and challenge the charge. Add to that, the trucks interior was dirty and smelt like tobacco. I have leased from this location several times and this experience will make think twice before I return to this location again.
MOHAMMAD PInform the customer that there will be a text message sent to verify the license plate, vehicle number and condition. I did not receive that until after I left. The link had expired when I saw it. Had to call customer service to reset. Also, the app needs to gave the picture portion uploading fixed.

Could not get through the parking lot because of the flea market and zero help from the office because there was no one there at 230 in the afternoon !! Waited forever for someone to come and nothing, took 45 min to get truck into a parking spot at the very back of the property. Maybe mention this when renters are coming to pick up that this could be an issue when returning, would never ever rent from here again,

JONATHAN PIt was quite a challenge to find the vehicle esp during night time. Would be better if outdoor labeling is more clear since it’s quite a large parking lot you got there.

YONG WI accidentally locked the keys in the truck. I called the centre and was charged over $200 for this. The truck was brought back with proper gas and everything. I simply was exhausted and locked the keys in the truck. I dont agree with $200 charge for this please call me at 6476319843
Marcin WHad a bad experience at this location, I did refueled the truck but I see refuel charge on my receipt. Have been using U-haul from past but won't be using it now and won't recommend to others.
DASNEET WThe truck bed and ramp were very muddy. Most of the blankets provided were damp and not usable. This pickup location was also an hour away from my requested pickup location and cost me an additional $150 in gas and an Uber to get back to my car.
