Byron BThe associate at the counter was very helpful. However there was a confusion with the truck. That consumed sometime. Upon returning the truck since i was first time user I was not aware that the return was to be done through the app. The gentleman at the counter said he would do that. However on the app it showed the return was not done until 7:00 PM. I had to leave a note on the app to get it executed. Also since I was allocated a different truck the fuel level was low. I had refilled the truck and am waiting for the refund of extra gas that I had filled. Overall the experience has been good.

Don HReserve your truck online, because if you go in person, the guy behind the counter will tell you his system is down. He has done this to me a couple times in last few years. Make sure you check fuel amount at beginning, to see if it is the same level as your contract, or else you will be putting in more fuel than you want, or get charged for it.
Dennis PThe employee at the desk at the mavis road location was immediately extremely rude and condense don’t without any provocation, he needs to be more polite to customers. I was told a hold would be placed on my card, but instead the full security deposit was withdrawn and I’m told it will take 4 business days to return. This needs to be more transparent, don’t tell me the money is only going to be pending if you are going to fully withdraw it.
Sam AThe experience with the App and website was horrible. It's the first time I am using U-haul and I just could not sign in. There was always some error or the other and even after login in I could not add the order to it, because I made the order from the website before creating the account. The lady at the pick up location was very helpful and she is the only reason why I was able to get the vehicle on time. If I did not see her, I would have been stuck with Customer care for hours trying to get the app/website issue resolved.

Beverly CWaited around after attempting to do online check-in. Lost precious time, almost an hour to pick up the truck. Regarding the on-line check--,in, you need to address the issue with postal codes. This is the second time that I lost time trying to complete check-ins. Did not appreciate. Drop off was effortless.

Patrick BAt the time when possession was give they did not put much efforts to check the gas level. It was not full. I drove for 30 km and end up in paying 13 litres of gas. The salesperson said it's your responsibility to check if the tank is full or not which is written in contract. Advertising is deceiving rental for 19.99. anyways it is what it is.

Aamer SOn this location the customer service is very bad there is one person and he talks very rude I went there in the moving of 27 February but I remember not going there again and I called to book the truck on 28 of February but no one answer the phone I called more than 10 time between 10 am to 11 pm

Kenneth JCustomer service stinks. Rental agent chatted for several minutes on phone midway serving me, and I almost left their office for another haul. Also, when I dropped off truck in the north yard location as requested on renting, the other attendant receiving the truck at the end of the 3day rental said I should have dropped it off at the far side west of the yard, otherwise I will have 'to pay $20 extra"!!!! This seems a scam to bilk me of $20, so I objected!! The truck was old (>100,000miles)and should not be in a proper fleet of rentals!! Insurance addon $ and mileage charge are too high! (More than double advertised price!! Caveat emptor!

Steven PThere were no furniture dollies at this location. He asked me to go to 2700 Royal Windsor Dr which is the biggest location in the city to try my luck. However, I did not get them there. All this happened between 9 and 10 am when store opens. Appreciate if you an increase the stock of furniture dollies in the city

Abdulhadi UOverall experience wasn’t bad however I was originally given the wrong keys, had to carry a heavy dolly which should have been placed in the vehicle as it was pre arranged. The van also had not been cleaned and someone clearly smoked in the van as there were still cigarette butts on the floor. Other than this the staff were definitely friendly and efficient with pick up and drop off.
Daniel CIt took over 2 hours to pick up the equipment. I lost a day of my move. The garunteed truck was not ready and the second vehicle had a check engine light.
Karl aThe person who served me was very rude and an opportunist. I greeted him several times but he never greeted me back. The way he treated me was like I was begging for his charity. He overcharged me in many ways: I returned the truck 3 hours later and he billed me for a whole extra day. He charged me for cleaning the truck even though it was clean. This not the way I was trusted in other locations. This was abusive behaviour. I was supposed to pay around $90 instead I ended up paying $198
