This was not the location I chose to pick up my uhaul. I did not receive a confirmation call. I called told they don’t do that size truck, bc all this place. Got central and they told me where I was picking it up. Gentleman at pick up was friendly, polite and very nice.
Sandy BNothing for the location. U-Haul changed the pickup location and I was not notified. Also truck and contract was set in miles not kilometres. I understand U-Haul is a US company but you are operating in Canada.

STEVE PThe front driver's side tire had low air pressure with a warning light on the dash. I filled it and had to monitor it during the Rental. I've decided to deal with the problem myself, there wasn't a similar truck for me to ask for.
PAUL CIt took so long to get in to the truck. It wasn’t cleared if snow. I had to ask for extra windshield washer fluid. The truck smelled terrible of cigarette smoke
