How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was not the location I chose to pick up my uhaul. I did not receive a confirmation call. I called told they don’t do that size truck, bc all this place. Got central and they told me where I was picking it up. Gentleman at pick up was friendly, polite and very nice.
Sandy BNothing for the location. U-Haul changed the pickup location and I was not notified. Also truck and contract was set in miles not kilometres. I understand U-Haul is a US company but you are operating in Canada.
