the person who handle me at this spot seems unprepared and required an explanation that i have a reservation to pick up the car and a Dolly ..while i am the one who rented the equipment and provided her the necessary documents like my driver license ,she requested id and full information from my wife happened to drop me thete which i feel unnecessary . She seems tired for answering my questions explain about gas and drop of location even if i got an email about it.. even if i have reservation booked and every thing like the price settled days ago, she showed me different pricing before i corrected her.

Dawn STruck was absolutely covered in filth and what could almost be described as gravel, both in the drivers cabin and the cargo one. The least thing you want to do on moving day is having to clean the cargo cabin so your furniture and belongings don’t get scratched and damaged. I initially booked with the Vine St location and they called to offer me a better rate to try and increase business at this location, so I agreed. When I show up to pick up the truck they tell me that they don’t carry any of the additional items I had including in my reservation, like a dolly and moving blankets, so I still had to make a trip to the other location to try and resolve the mix up. Uhaul should not open these satellite locations unless they are properly equipped to provide the service a customer requests.

Kendall BThey had improperly set up a vehicle to be picked up outside of their opening hours, and the staff (including the regional manager Barry Lowery) were unhelpful and unapologetic meaning we stranded, incredibly stressed and delayed in our house move. It forced us into moving home during torrential rain, which we had planned to avoid and led to our belongings being ruined. Thankfully online support from Doug and the vine st team came to our rescue!
Thomas HEverything is good in my truck but wiper blade are not properly worked. I think you have to change the wiper blades.
