The location spoke zero English and delayed me for 25 mins while he was looking for the key which was not in the assigned box. The AC in this 20' truck didn't have any AC vents working and the back of the truck was all dusty like someone had hauled pavers. I loaded up the truck Thursday afternoon and it rained most of the night into Thursday. The mothers attic was leaked from the roof and destroyed a bunch of paperwork and signage and soaked a bunch of couch cusions. This location for some reason has limited wifi and service for all and the check-in process did not complete and the locations Uhaul systems were down when I picked up and when I returned. When this 8 week reservation was changed last minute I had a bad feeling and I called the location to make sure the truck was there and they could not understand or answer that simple question.
