Truck was great. I asked for a floor dolly and the only one they had was poor. I don’t like the gas situation. The truck should be full instead of wherever it was left. I filled the tank and hardly used any fuel. It would be better if it started out full and you returned it that way. I also feel there should be a lock on the back door. I had to go buy one. The truck itself was fine

The rep at the store was awesome!
Yvonne LThe cashier seemed poorly trained although she was nice. The location didn't have the appliance dolly I requested when my reservation was changed to this location. I had to drive the rental truck across town to the other location, using my paid mileage, to pick up an appliance dolly and it wasn't comped as requested. The truck also was dirty and poorly maintained. I don't fault the person that helped me. It was all decided by whomever her supervisor is that she was calling for guidance.
