On site assistance was lacking. Staff sat in truck with his phone & did not respond to our calls. The truck we ordered was not available & on site staff offered no re course
Donna TI showed up at 9:00 to pick up the truck and I was told somebody would be there but they said they are never there on a weekend. Finally got to someone after 10:00. Called You Haul service they were able to help but said it was because we were late but we were there. The mobile app wouldn't connect so I couldn't move forward. U-Haul online was able to help but by this time it was 10:30 so we were an hour and a half behind. Would never recommend this
Nancy GMobile pickup was a nightmare. Also was promised a rate of $0.79 per kilometre but was charged full price
Eric GIt wasn't a good service and the whole experience was just very uncomfortable. I will not come back or recommend to anyone
Sindy MI am currently waiting for a phone call back to discuss my rental but it has been an absolutely horrific experience and I would never ever send anybody here I will discuss this in the phone call but also would like to note here that he definitely does not know his equipment or the trucks because why would you fill out all the paperwork and take my money do everything on a truck that clearly only has two seats when you know there's three of us he should have pointed out and said are you aware there's only two seats and not gone through all the paperwork and all the headache and hassle of having to cancel that redo it and go in the other truck

Jessica AWe got a u-haul because there was rain in the forecast, we'll apparently it rained in the truck. My father was being moved into a long term care home and we were suppose to get him set up before he gets there for a smooth transition from the hospital instead we landed up with a wet couch, wet mattress and wet clothes. Now we can't get anything put together because of everything being wet. Not a good experience at all. Very disappointed in your company.
JOHN AWe had to dry out the inside of the truck because it was full of water before we could pack it. I have a picture if you like to see
