frank pThe only recommendation I could make is on the equipment. The built in ramp/tailgate is too short for the stock Harley I tried to load into to the trailer. The frame of the bike bottomed out while trying to load it. I had to find a curb to back up to and then get the bike onto the sidewalk to lessen the ramp angle. If the ramp/tailgate was 5’ high, this would never happen and since it’s an open trailer, it would not have a negative impact on any other use of the trailer.

DON KMixed feelings. Have dropped off several trucks in past with no problems at this location. First time reserving on-line for this location. Went to check trucks out to see which one would work best. Reserved a 10' but changed to15'. Later was notified truck was unavailable for this sight 2 days in advance. Scrambled and reserved a 15' truck at another location, a relatively new rental sight on the other side of town and wanted to confirm they would still have it and a dozen blankets. Visited new location because a phone call was not productive. They said they did not have any blankets, and I would have to pick-up blankets at another sight. Called the first sight to pick up the blankets and when I went to pick up the blankets I was told a 15' truck just came in and I could have it. 3 U-Haul reservations, 4-5 phone calls and 4 U-Haul visits later I was able to secure a truck. Truck was clean, ramp had a lot of sand on surface. Wife said Rt hand rear turn signal light was out since she followed truck. Thanks to James and especially Samantha for getting me a truck when I needed one.

Summer FOnly thing I wish to mention was that I rented the trailer then had some errands to run, so I came back to pick up the trailer a few hours later. I ordered and paid for half a dozen furniture pads and they weren’t included in the trailer when I picked the trailer up and no one made sure I actually had them. I didn’t even realize that I didn’t have them until I completed my cross country move (which I realize some of the blame falls on me for not checking myself). Again, I normally don’t rent those but I did this time “just in case” I needed them. I didn’t, I had plenty of comforters and blankets to use so I didn’t give the pads a second thought. I called customer service and the pads were taken off my total bill so everything was resolved anyway. I guess since I normally don’t rent them that I didn’t give them a second thought.
