The employee was very helpful and is the only reason my service went smoothly. The original uhaul i ordered was not there, and customer support rescheduled for 2 hours later, while also messing up the reserved times. So, the employee was asked by a manager of some capacity to contact me to try to get the uhaul back early for another customer that had reserved it. So not only was I rushed, management of multiple levels messed up my order and tried to fix it by putting pressure on me and the employee I worked with. A reservation is there for a reason, I got up at 5am only to have to wait anyway.
