Debora CI had trouble with the app. I was sent a request to take a picture of the trailer license and any damage before I left. I took the necessary photos for records but I could not upload the photos. When I returned later I was told other customers faced the same issues with U-Haul. The staff at Martie’s was great. They helped attach the trailer and checked the lights before I left. Checkout and check in were great.

My 24/7 reservation was incorrectly placed on uHauls side and after an incredibly frustrating 20 minute phone call we had to drive 20+ minutes out of the way to this Monticello location. However, the gentleman at this location was so helpful, personable, and quick to answer any questions! Definitely recommend this Monticello location.

Mitchell KGreat customer service. Hooked up trailer and ensured the trailer lights were operational...not like other places i rented from which said go jook up and your on your way without ensuring its safe. I know my lights work etc.. but others may not so thats great for other drivers on the road.

CADEN NWhen on call with the main support not location store they were very rude and had rented the improper trailer for my application it was undersized and didn't work still got charged as was returned after closing hours (3pm)
NATHANIEL MThe ramp on the truck was broken. We were able to use the ramp, however, we were concerned about the safety of it. The door was difficult to open too. The location and customer service were excellent. I would recommend and use again.

ANN-MARIE RThis was basically a feed and fertilizer store that had very little U-haul inventory from what I saw. The person that helped me though was very good.
LYNN OI was very impressed with the employee. It made my moving very easy and didn't have to make 4 trips or get extra help. I would definitely do it again.
