The location was very convenient, but cramped with cars driving through. The process of doing the 24/7 check-in/out worked great.

The guy HAD NO CLUE what he was doing! I also DID NOT pick this location to pick up the U-Haul. The tow trolly wheel cover was cracked and the guy didn’t seem to think this was a problem.

The gentlemen that helped me out were fantastic! Necause of traffic and detours we were about 15 minutes late to pick up the truck but it wasn't a problem when we got there. They were super friendly and very understanding!

The gentleman who helped me seemed to be the owner of the business, he was very slow checking me in and didn't to seem to really know what he was doing. The truck was clean, but idled very high and the shifting was rough, seems like this needs some maintenance. Overall, the rental was inexpensive, and that is what I was looking for, but the service was lacking and the vehicle seemed to need a little love.

Even though they had just started offering Uhauls a week earlier so there was a learning curve, they did great with walking clearly through the steps, making sure everything was satisfactory, and offering good service.
