None of the lights, turn signals and the brake lights worked on the trailer I rented even though when the rental agent said they worked when he hooked the trailer to my truck. It was very concerning considering I was on the highway and had said to the agent that I was travelling out of state with the trailer.DAVIDBRIAN A.

The self guided pick up process was terrible; it ended up taking half an hour of my 4 hour reservation because I was waiting to be approved. It totally defeated the point of providing any information ahead of time. The staff at the pick up location were not helpful either. I definitely will not be using U Haul again.Grace B.

Both the reservation process and pickup and drop off were easy and pleasant. Addison, who helped me at pickup and drop off, was a very professional and polite young man and very thorough in explanation and very helpful and generally encouraging about the move. software is awful. I had to call customer service both to check in and check out. It was too glitchy on the website for me to have "24/7" rental service and felt captive in the parking lot waiting to check out. While I was on hold the store closed and the employee gave me a broad smile as he left without offering help. i will hopefully never have to use uhaul again. I will use penske.ryan M.

I'm used to renting from and returning to the Mooses location. Straight forward, no frills service... but that's all you need in a Uhaul dealer. They get you in and out efficiently.RALPH H.

Hours of operation are very limited. It was very difficult to return the trailer due to having to use the Uhaul app. The location services on the iphone don't work well in that location.george E.
Big sign outside advising how to drop off truck after hours. Specifically stated go to myuhaul.com. I was unable to connect then, (or any day since). The next day the employee said that sometimes the website doesn't work but it wasn't necessary and he had already processed my return. My advice: Fix the website or get rid of the sign.David J.
We had a "minor" problem since U-haul central assigned me a wrecked truck. I was very lucky that I got somebody there to help and get another unit (although it was officially closed and I was assigned a contact-less process).Jose G.

Your online truck return form does not allow reporting of issues needing attention not caused by you. I got charged a cleaning fee because I said truck was not clean enough; some previous renter had smeared a nasty substance on walls. I couldn't see it until I was loading the truck so did not report it initially. This location was good otherwise and staff nice. Transmission handling and cleanliness of truck not good.Sara W.

Everything worked out well except for the check in when I returned the trailer. When I attempted to check in online, the system said I didn't have an open order to process. I waited on the phone with Uhaul support for 20 minutes and did not get through. I took pictures and left for home. Once back home I tried online check in again, but it still did not work. I called Uhaul support and waited for another 26 minutes before my call was answered. The support person said she checked us in and we were done. Though the next morning I got a call from the local contact where I had returned the trailer because they didn't have any record of me returning the trailer. I gave them the locaion where I left it and they verified the unit while I was on the phone. I've rented several units in the past few years and have not had any problems like I did this time. And I probably wouldn't have thought much about the check in problem if I didn't have to wait soooo long to get through to Uhaul support. If that was a common issue, I'd be less likely to recommend Uhaul. So from all of this, I'd recommend improving the response time for phone support.Edward F.

the nice guy at the desk is great, always love him. However the truck I was given had problems with the ignition. They literally had to show me how to turn it on and "jiggle the key around a bit until it catches" because the guy who was supposed to be coming to fix it hadn't yet. Reserved a cargo van with a hitch and was told that they checked and it had a hitch. Went to lick it up and no hitch. Had to switch dealers and vehicles . Switched to a pick up truck and couldn't complete the move as it was raining. Could only make half of the trip.Meaghan S.

The contactless checkin was bad, multiple phone contacts were asked for ( should have been 1)...early in morning so people were not awake yet, good idea in principle but not viable in current form...Uhaul needs to rethink this process if they want it to work. Otherwise rental was great.Jay B.

Trailer had a screw in the tread of one tire. Retention strap ratchets need lubrication. Trailer worked fine and I'm glad the tire did not go flat! This location has a large and varied inventory so I'll be back for future rentals.GREGORYALAN T.
Out of the several U-Haul places that I check in this area,this was the only one that rented trailers. Funny I would think that if you rented the trucks why not the trailers. But with that being said, the person working the desk, show up on time, hook up the trailer without issues wish us a good trip. Your app is garbage, as is the mobile check in. You are saving piles of cash by making customers check in their equipment. Spend money on the mobile service. Our company spends hundreds of dollars with U-haul every month. Your mobile rental interface is encouraging us to buy a truck and quit U-haul.Daniel F.
