Check engine light was on and the tire pressure sensors. We were told by the desk agent that at the cost of $80 per sensor that U-Haul doesn’t pay to replace. Overall the unit was clean and the desk agent helpful and kind. Very smooth transaction and easy to work with.

They did not include the moving blankets and those were critical to what I was doing. The location was closed so I couldn't get it fixed and had to go to Home Depot and buy padding that night.

Raymond RWe had trouble with the app (we chose self check in/out) and the employees were super helpful. Then, when returning, we were met with an employee who handled our check in for us! Very helpful, and even when really busy they were patient and kind! Would surely use this location again!
