Location looks really rough. Dirt parking lot, potholes, etc. Equipment and service was excellent. When recommending to a friend I would warn them about the visuals. As for the average rating, I just don't have many locations to compare it to.

We dropped off after it closed (3 PM). I wished that they stayed open a bit longer for a weekday. There was parking available for the truck and I used their app to return the vehicle without an issue. The GPS route routed us onto a very small road from much more busy road so that was an abrupt turn; however, it is close to an interstate so took less time to get to the location.
