This would get a 5-star review except that I was able to book a furniture dolly online but when we actually went to get the truck, they said not only did they not have a furniture dolly that day, but in fact had not had ANY in their location for a while. If you can't stock the items which we are allowed to select online when making our reservation, then you are not offering adequate service. Most people need a furniture dolly for a move so instead of booking online, I recommend you call to make your booking to ensure they have the extras on hand that you need.
