sharon bQuick & easy process for pick up & return. I think the availability list needs to be updated tho cuz I saw 6 of the unit that I originally wanted in the lot when dropping off the trailer. No big deal since I didnt end up really needing a bigger unit as it turned out.
Victoria FThe truck worked very well. The dash lights would come on just as it was cranked then went off. We drove in the day so this did not bother us. Also, the shock on the passenger side rear must be gone because with every bump in the road it slammed hard. We reported this to the man who received the truck in Littleton, Co.

Wayne BMy comment doesn't have anything to do with the location. I think all of your double axle trailers need to have a tongue jack. They can be extremely difficult to lift. I'm sure they cause injuries.

RAMESH SWhile I appreciated the gesture, the previous customer left the truck on 1/8th of a tank (about 19 miles til empty). I was informed that if I return the truck with at least 1/4 tank, I would be refunded almost 17 dollars. At current gas prices, it costs more than 17 dollars to put 1/4 tank in a U-Haul. I would be better returning it at the original 1/8th tank. But other than that, which I still consider an "intended kindness", the pickup and return process was commendable.

Jaquay JThe pickup location personnel were absolutely excellent; however,, the experience to get to this particular pickup location was horrendous and unexplainable. Due to the massive issues finding a pickup location that actually had the trailer we reserved and the most unpleasant drop off experience, we will never rent a Uhaul again. I will spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars to never have to go through an experience like we did again.

Jeff RI don't know if I'd recommend u haul in general unless someone came up with some type of platform that was set up not to fail for the customer such as if you are a second late you have to call somebody for them to reset your contract link that causes you for pickup it takes 3 hours and drop off the same s*** one second late and boom you're sitting here for 3 hours trying to get in touch with somebody to reset the link just to be able to return or pick up PS4 and another thing roadside assistance might as well run U-Haul because they're the only ones that answer the phone go roadside assistance. Big shout out to Fitz!! Robin!! and Staci!!!

carlos pTrailer was covered with motor and transmission oil from previous rental. The wheel straps were too short and the driver side strap ratchets is not functioning correctly and I would recommend replacement. Super nice guys and very helpful otherwise.

thomas JLocation looks really rough. Dirt parking lot, potholes, etc. Equipment and service was excellent. When recommending to a friend I would warn them about the visuals. As for the average rating, I just don't have many locations to compare it to.
Paul wWe dropped off after it closed (3 PM). I wished that they stayed open a bit longer for a weekday. There was parking available for the truck and I used their app to return the vehicle without an issue. The GPS route routed us onto a very small road from much more busy road so that was an abrupt turn; however, it is close to an interstate so took less time to get to the location.

John BCloses at 3pm. Nobody around. Cash paying customer paid an additional deposit on top of the rental cost. I never received my deposit back!!!!!!!!
Andrew GI had great service, truck was clean, check in was nice and smooth. location is just very industrial, super bad road/parking lot. I personally don't mind but I can see some people feeling less easy about leaving their vehicle.

ROBERT NMoose was very helpful in resolving an incorrect charge issue for us. The system tried to charge me for an additional day despite returning the equipment by the time indicated on the contract.
