Amazing service!! Parked truck and the gentleman handled the rest and we were on our way! He didn’t make us park it into a tight spot like the rest of them do. Will definitely use him again!!

REEVA SLots of other non U-haul related equipment and vehicles in the vicinity. The access road needs maintenance (big bumps and potholes) and the parking lot where the Uhaul equipment should be graded and paved.
RONALD CRough neighborhood, but reception and checkout by U-Haul attendant was great. The return of truck was just as straightforward, as was final receipt of payment. This was 2nd use of U-Haul within a month, and I’m a real convert. First class company!

PHILIP JWe had a very nice experience overall. Only 2 things to suggest: I needed a better tutorial (how to put gas in the van/working the parking brake/windshield wipers/lights,etc) before leaving the lot. ALso, the asphalt on the lot itself is in terrible condition and needs major repairs.

JOHN ETell them about the rear view mirrors. You need an Allen wrench to adjust them and there was not one. They could have adjusted them easily before I pulled away.

JESSE BThe app experience for rentals is trash. When picking up, waiting for a service rep can take ages before they contact your secondary, but then if you are a few minutes late at for a 10pm dropoff, your 4-hour rental becomes a full day charge. That is garbage service, considering that the wait time of pickup can be make or break.
Robin HUhaul staff is great. Online / App is easy. The physical store itself is fine and has large selection of rentals. Sadly though, the roads into and parking lot for the store are horrible...large potholes & muddy water! Not Uhaul's fault...significant neglect from the property owner / landlord. Customers may not want to bring their nicer vehicles into this lot when picking up a rental

TIMOTHY TI have been working with Uhaul for years . This particular location has an outstanding work ethic and superb customer service. There are 2 locations that are 15 minutes closer to me and I still drive the extra to go to Moose.

JOSEPH LAs stated in other review. Lighting is extremely poor. I forgot to add in my previous review that the entrance is extremely narrow from the main road. There is a topless bar next door and other companies that share the lot are not pleasant to interact with. Drop off was after hours.
ANTHONY EI did an after hours drop off. There is no lighting so it is extremely hard to see. There is a topless bar next door. The other companies sharing the lot space are not very friendly either.
