They take pride in their equipment and put extra effort in to make sure the customers know how to operate, hook up, and disconnect the equipment. I've rented uhauls to move whole houses and open trailers to move a couch. I will always choose this location.

KEVIN LDespite being a new vehicle the stereo system seemed about 20 years old and I had to go buy cables in order to connect it to my phone.

Sandra LNot sure what this location is, but it's not the location i dropped the trailer off at yet they somehow charged me 4 months after the drop off an extra day rent and insurance because it looked like on the contract that the trailer was dropped off late while in all actually it was checked in late by the drop off location instead. Luckily i had opened a case against the contract so i could get this charge reversed.

PHILIP JThe gas tank is either broken or it was incorrect on the contrac. I spent $37 to put 12 gallons in a truck I drove 19 miles. The person at the desk did not take me to the truck to inspect it before I left. The location won't refund me any money or make this right. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

DAVID SI went by Mooses By The Creek to familiarize myself with the location and pick up supplies. The parking lot was full of pot holes. The lady behind the counter was very nice. When I picked up the trailer, the young man checked me in and took me to the trailer. He hooked it up okay but I had to ask him to check to see if the turn signals and brake lights were working. I then said that I should check the trailer and he disappeared. I used my phone and took pictures of any scrapes or dents that might be a problem when I turned the trailer in. The trailer looked clean inside. I had no problem towing the trailer 550 miles, but when I turned the trailer in to a U-Haul dealer one of the tires was low.

DAVINA PMoose was GREAT. The 6 by 12 open ramp trailer was just what I needed to haul a Small John Deere tractor (855). My trip went as expected and I dropped off the trailer after Hours. I got a Call from Lisa the next morning saying that the trailer contract was closed out as planned, no extra costs, BUT I had dropped a 30 Foot measuring tape, and she found it. Great service and customer care. Thanks Moose and Lisa....
