With only the option of yes or no, I chose no because: 1- it was a parking lot 2- the person helpful.. I told everything had to be done on the app. The one statement was helpful as I didn’t know “you had to”, but did nothing else for us. 3-I thought it was too congested and only a convenient place for the usual company, not us. When we picked up the truck we looked at different U-Haul locations in Denver and was going to drop the truck off at one of them. But then received an email stating were we had to drop it off.
