Enclosed trailers ought to be swept out and before rental.
Don FI returned this trailer at Eastside Emporium 472 E 26th St. Sioux Falls South Dakota on 6/15. Staff there even assisted with unhooking the trailer from my car. The people there never checked it in correctly (Confirmed with a phone conversation with one of your representatives on 7/2 who said they contacted the manager of Eastside Emporium and that it was not properly checked in and they would get this straightened out) This obviously never happened as someone obviously took this trailer for 22 days and it dropped it off at Morgan Tire Center in Sheldon IA on 7/9 apparently letting getting Morgan Tire believe it was me checking it in. In addition I had a previous conversation with a Uhaul representative on or about 6/30 on this same issue and I let them know about my drop off in SD and they said they would correct this. I am in Tennessee and have never been to Sheldon IA. I was charged for 22 days extra for this trailer. I put a stop payment on my card to Uhaul and flagged this as fraud with my card company. I called Uhaul and they have initiated an investigation (Reference # 5893065) for this incident. I also informed the Sheldon IA police department. I cant rate Morgan Tire fairly, I was never there and did not take the trailer there. I have rated it Poor in the hopes this matter gets attention from Uhaul and Morgan Tire. This form will not allow me to not select options above so I have selected no across the board in order to get this form to submit correctly.
Gerald TI didn’t interact with anyone and dropped off during off hours. Unfortunately this location is closed on weekends, which makes it difficult to return with people present.

Adam BStaff didn’t even know what was all rented with the truck. Not very helpful.
Kelly BI did self check in for the rental unit. We didn’t get to meet the personnel at the time.(Evening) Location is a tire store with storage lot area for the vehicles. It isn’t fully paved. I WOULD use them again to rent or drop off vehicles.
JOHN VVery accommodating and communication was on queue. We ordered and was confirmed a truck that wasn't available and they figured it out for us and accommodate to make it move seamless.

JAMES CMake sure tires are full of air….back right was low according to message center, and our appliance cart and pads were not in truck! When I called about who to contact to make sure I wasn’t charged they directed me to U-Haul but did not offer any apologies for the hassle.
