Patricia NThe front desk staff at Morgan Tire was very helpful with my U-Haul reservation and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, 15-foot truck I reserved was not available when I arrived, so I had to take a 26-foot truck instead, while I understood truck availability may be outside the staff’s control, the larger truck was much bigger than I needed and was more difficult to drive and park. I appreciate the staff’s help and professionalism throughout the process.
