No one was at the location. When I called the number it was some Pastor from some church. Did not get a call back. I don’t know if that was his side hustle business or what would not recommend it. Not only that, but from the location in new Wellington, South Carolina to the place that U-Haul had me drop it off. I passed at least 10 other U-Haul places half hour one-way half hour back when I could’ve dropped it off two minutes from my destination, pretty poor.

A few weeks ago my wife rented a truck for a cross country trip and we had similar difficulties with the app then. We were at a physical dealer location at that time and they cold not even help.
