Have a utility dolly available
TIMMY TEasy transaction and communication. Will go there again.
HERNGRU CGot a call two days later asking when I was planning on bringing the truck back. Told them I brought it back same day and early. Someone was obviously not on top of the paperwork.

DYLAN HI don't recommend this place they gave us a truck without no oil cap and they fixed it by putting a glove check your truck before taking off they are not cautious.
JUAN OI get there the gate is closed, I had already been on the road 10 hours, I called UHual the guy said there was no code so he was going to have me go across town to drop it off, I said no and he hung up on me . I called back and a lady had me park it on the street and go through the check procedure, but that was another 45 minutes of my time, Uhual you can do a lot better it was very inconvenience.

Eduardo BThey forgot to give me my dolly. I called and spoke to a I believe an Emily who told me she had noted it down that they forgot to give it to us. We also had to waste some of our mileage driving all the way to LA for an auto transport they had told us they had. We ended up paying out of pocket for additional mileage once we got to our destination. Also we were charged 200$ for the dolly due to Emily not putting in the notes that we never received the dolly.
NATHALIE EExcellent customer service! We lucked out we got the last trailer because of a cancellation. Unexpectedly, I needed a trailer that day since I had underestimated how much stuff I had to move. I looked up the closest UHAUL that had a trailer and Mount Olive set us up. I was able to do everything online to reserve it and they confirmed in the office. They went over everything clearly explained differences as a third-party. They got us all set up. Very grateful how much we lucked out and how they set us up.
KATIE AI didn’t have a problem with the location as much as the lack of communication from customer support. I had made a reservation for 7:30am… I was told that I would be getting a call by 5pm pst to confirm my pick up. Well guess what? I’m still waiting for the call. Finally pick up day comes around turns out I have to go to two separate locations to pick up a 15 ft truck and then go to another location for the auto transport.
Arsenio DFor the last three questions, You should have a "not applicable" option for the survey cause it was a self serve drop off location. I didn't deal with anyone. It was a parking lot. It lacked clear signage. But it was conveniently located.

Was hoping to get some kind of compensation on the discount or something cuz I use you all the time but no one wanted to help. I rent twice a year from you guys. I would expect better service

CAROL CThe Uhaul computer system was down when I went to pickup my rental. So my mobile checkin did not work. This Dealer had to use your old manual mode system to rent me a truck. This entire too about 40 minutes. Much too long for renting a Uhaul truck!
herbert NNeither pickup or drop-off were facilities closest to me. I assume that I was sent to locations convenient for U-Haul rather than convenient for me, but it all worked out.
Andrew HAfter hours return is terrible. Facility is locked and no instruction on how to open gate to leave trailer inside facility. Had to guess gate code

Kimberly PHad a 10:30 appt.and the truck ordered was not available and we had a confirmation. We accepted a smaller truck but waited 1.25 hours as the computer system wasn’t working properly which put us behind schedule. Because of the smaller truck we needed to make 3 trips adding up the miles that we had to pay for instead of one trip. And it caused us to need the truck an extra day.
Suzanne SThe uhaul equipment itself was fine, but the person serving at this location should not be working in customer service at all. Very rude and just wanted to give us a hard time for no reason at all! Did not allow us to add another driver! Why?? Did not want to allow out of state driver’s license?? Why?? Who knows!

Bernadette LGetting and using the vehicle went just fine. However, I was confused as to where to park the vehicle when returning after-hours, as the gate was locked. I called the after-hours number and it just directed me to some corporate parent company who didn't have any useful information for me. Definitely make sure you ask about where and when you can return the vehicle if picking up from this location.
Andrew GCheck the tire pressure after each customer return. One of the tires was very low.
